Sir, I'm a fresher so it would be great for me to work at late nights and in weekends they will be no problem for me because work is more important to me and it will be an honour to serve the company in working late nights or in weekends because company growth is employees growth.

First of all, If I have taken any task it's my responsibility to complete that task in stipulated time and if it is taking time I have to complete that task by working or giving more time on that, for that if I have to work in night or on weekend I will surely do to complete that.

As an engineering student, I have lots of experience of late night work. So, I don't think that I'll have any problem regarding night shift especially when the company needs me.

I have no issues for working OT, because as I am a fresher, obviously I will not know about the routine things in the company as well as I would take this opportunity in order to enrich my skills for the future fulfilment of the company objectives.

The 1st thing working nights and weekends is not a good sign for the employee as well as the company.
According to me an ideal employee should complete his/her work in a stipulated time period only.
It is a good sign for his/her own growth ultimately company will get efficient employers. Also, such working gives stress which is not desirable. Unless there is no tremendous demand for work I wouldn't like to work at nights and weekends.
