Actually, when I take my job as my responsibility and think that where I'm working is our company. Then I will not feel any grudge againt working night and weekends.

Working in the nights and weekends are perfect timing for the employee. One can gain more experience and unlike in the days and weekdays there will not have any disturbances making the perfect environment for one to work.

I won't say that I will work 24/7 in your office. But, I will work efficiently and give my 100 per cent in the time I have given work. So, I can either in a day or in the night.

As, I want to work in a MNC so I know that its a corporate sector. What i'll be told by the boss I have to do that thing so there is no option wether I feel comfortable in night shifts or in weekends. So that's it.

Sir every person have to strike a balance between their personal and professional life. Spending time with families is also of utmost importance. So, I will complete my all assignments during working hours itself avoiding working late nights and on weekends. However once in a while when it is utmost required I will surely work late hours and also during weekends for the growth of my organization.
