I think, In case of emergency, I agree with it but family time is also important so that there is a balance between professional life normal life.

As we know that there is silent atmosphere at night, so I think it would be better for me to concentrate on my work.
I think if I work at weekends, so it will add some extra working hours and skills to my experience that will assist me to succeed as well as reaching the goals of organization.

Except in the emergency timings, I feel this company need my contribution to succeed more.

It is doesn't matter, I would like to work at nights and weekends if only it is an emergency. But it depends on the situation.

Yes, I would like to work even in night shift nd week ends because if I have sufficient sleep I can work at any shift. I want to enhance my skills professionally and want to make my family happy vth my success. Thank you!
