According to me, night & weekends is also perfect for me, because of I'm a flexible guy but there's also one reason which is always giving me motivation and that's my family so that's why nothing hard to me like " nights and weekends".

Working at night is not a great deal for me. Even I enjoy working at night. But I want to spend my weekends with my family and also give some time to them. As family also needs your support and time. Afterall I work at any time as I love doing my work.

Honestly speaking it is little bit difficult for me to work in night shift. But as of my work, it is primary importance to work any time either weekends or night, so I am ready to work in weekends as well as in night shift. I can manage myself and my family responsibility along with my work. But we know rest is also important for our health and for good health complete "need" is necessary, so I would prefer to complete my work on given that, but if my work is not completed than I will definitely work in night or weekends.

I think it does not matter whether you are working on weekends or weekdays. If you love your work. You will feel good working any of these days.

Honestly speaking No one wants to work at late nights and weekends he or she tries to complete the work within the office time working hours. If any urgency needed so I will definitely do it for my company.

If it is an emergency I will work only. But not regular manner.

I don't like nightshift. Night sleep is good for health. Because of I don't spoil my health. Health is most important than money and work.

Myself, I said no one wants to choose night shifts. Because, every human being have a rest and it should come with a sleeping hours. A brain takes a rest of in sleeping nights. So its not comfortable for the family life.

As afresh graduate, you have to work because it may n the right time for learning more than weekdays. Because most managers gives room for freshers to practice.
