Due to health problems / Functions / Family reasons that too in a critical positions. I kept leaves. After coming back to my company I cleared my work with accuracy.

I never bunked office & hence avoided working but yes health is wealth. During my absence in office also I do get connected to job by any means of communication & instruct to subordinates. Finally I am the decision maker.

Sir actually I don't want to escape from my responsibilities, I like to contribute myself as possible as I can in the part of success of my company. Only I absent a few days when the situation demands and urgent.

Yes I have remained absence for past 15 days as I have been a severe alcoholic patient in past whereas it is disease of emotional and mental disorder I had been rehabilitated few years ago but during the undertaken renovation work of my residence I possessed some financial difficulties as well as I had to manage my family my job and the responsibility of repairs and maintenance work of my house in the scarcity of time by means of which I had been affected with mental imbalance which raised my alcoholic consumption and total lapse on duty. Inconvenience is regretted and as this is stated fact you are requested to take a stand of lifting hand toward the honesty and extend your support toward to overcome a disease of a suffering man.

Yes sir, I took leave for 5 days. Because as a human being we have another responsibility also which we have to fulfill. But after completing my work and made my work arranged to other during my absence, I took the leave.

Nope, I never been absent from work more than a few days, and as I said I always give first priority to my work and I'm purely dedicated to it from past two years.
And I always make sure that my leaves are planned and I inform about it to management at least 15-20 days before so that a back up can be arranged for that time.

Yes sir, as there are circumstances in which you can't afford to not spend a few days to take care of (like a marriage), but the important thing is you have clear communication with your colleagues, your customers and prepare a good backup plan to make sure that the company business is not interrupted in any way.
