As a fresher, I am not aware of any situation of pressure in an office environment.
Pressure is just a state of mind. So I never feel such pressure which affects on my work. And when I feel pressure I do just relax myself.
Moreover, pressure is an integral part of any job either it is the hard or soft job.
But I will definitely do best to avoid any pressure cause from my side. As a fresher, I am not aware of any situation of pressure in an office environment.

Yes, little bit pressure is good for work sometimes. Because it gives up the boost to work but all the time pressure can reduce the accuracy and ineffectiveness of work.

If I am under pressure, first, I will try to keep myself calm, by remembering my good memories, having good food. Then my team members to make some little bit jokes to overcome pressure. This will automatically help me to finish my work in time.
