If I am under pressure, first, I will try to keep myself calm, by remembering my good memories, having good food. Then my team members to make some little bit jokes to overcome pressure. This will automatically help me to finish my work in time.

Yes, by having a relatively lower efficiency i.e. there is limit of pressure at which we continue to gain efficiency and after that the efficiency decrease. This mean that there is need to improve our skills to push the limit farther.
