It depends, and why do we need to have pressure. Everything has a limit. If I'm pressurized only during the time of need then it is acceptable if not then I'm worried. If we complete our task properly within time, why should we be pressured.

If we love our work we never can feel it's a pressure, pressure is a just task that shows our talent and it gives a chance to learn and createtive things which I can implement in future.

I think there is no such thing called pressure, it is just a state of mind. And if there is a burden of work for me I would take it as a opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills. It will indeed help me perform better.

Working under pressure is good but my opinion is this, that we have to work in a very smart & intelligence way which will never fall down to work in under pressure.
