Women are not fit for Defense Services

I do not think that women are not fit for army because women more stronger than men physically mentally but I agree that men are some time stronger than women because of their environment from childhood and the most important thing is their body design but if proper training is given to women they are better than men. Who think that women are not fit for solider post they are insulting women power.

At one side we are talking about women empowerment but women are not allow in infantry why so when all says better than men than why women are not allowed in infantry. In against some says family will not allow but they forget the logical thing that the women who want to join infantry they do not care for any body they are independent enough and are very brave so they want to join if our government is not allowing women in infantry then they have no right to say that women empowerment is going on.

I agree that women have some biological problems but every problem have its own solution. Hens I want to say that women should also get the chance to join infantry as soldiers.

Women are fit, they can do any job some times better than many. But the problem lies with the family. Many families will not allow their daughter to enter in defense. In many families women are grown in a different environment, which make them believe that they are weak. If a women have full support from family and she is confident enough, then she will be great asset for the country.

As per my point of views, Every organisation or Individual institute do have some eligibility & section criteria for purpose of recruitment someone else. So that, the same army also has some criteria, if it the find fit in the same it's recruit them, it does not matter whether it's male or female.

At a one side, we are talking about uplifting the prevalent condition of women in the society and other side we refrain them join individual organisation or army.

I must conclude that the fitment for something which is not decided by the genders, no matter whether its man or women everyone would be treated equally and also give them equal chance to develop individually.

Hi friends. I'll go with motion. Girls are weaker because of their anatomy when compared with boys. I know, no one can be as patriotic as Girls. They have ability to sacrifice even life. But why? We want minimum causalities. If we had 4th generation technology as in develop countries then would have gone against the motion.

As every coin has two faces, so here just difference in technology makes difference in two faces.

It is true that women generally are not as strong as men physically. But that doesn't mean they are not fit for defensive services as modern warfare or defense operations are not about fighting with your physical strength.

Its not like they will be exchanging fists in the war. They will have all kinds of modern weapons for that. Also being a defense personnel doesn't mean having brute force only. It requires an individual with balanced mind who can take good decisions under critical situations and one has great fitness and stamina.

So, I believe women can do fairly well in defensive services.

A woman is emotionally very strong person. If a woman loves her country then she is ready to die for it more than a man like she is ready to always die for her husband. Moreover, defense is not just about dying, it is much more and women are superb administrators.

To join defense forces, a girl must first forget that she's a girl. She is no less than any man and defense doesn't differentiate between its personnel whether it be a man or woman.

But if someday country's men fail to come forward to die for nation, government must seek for woman participation in combats along with man.

Women in army as soldiers is not a new idea. Since time immemorial tough scarce thee have been female warriors. With liberation in prevailing gender roles, archaeologist are uncovering more and more evidence of women warriors.

Society does restrict women as has been stated clearly and argued correctly in previous discussions. There is absolutely no doubt about the fact that women can accomplish themselves in non combative departments and there are many of them in defence services. Its the combative department where women are not recruited. And mind it, that its not in vain.

Women are not physically as strenuous as men, its basic biology and combative are where physical strength and capabilities are as important as mental and emotional strength and that's where women lack behind.

The social environment further amplify this problem. You can take any street sport in any colony of our country less than 5 percent girls participate in sports making them weaker (physically that is). However that doesn't mean women can't be recruited for combative, I being a taekwondo player myself can say thus that with training, which has to be harder than that of men.

More than that there is a need for little princess of homes to come out on street and play hard. Its hard but not impossible.

I am not agreed with this statement that women are not fit for Defense services, today women are not treated as weak personality. For example if Kiran Bedi leads and take strictly actions actively and with discipline then any women can do any job. If someone has a courage to do something then no one can stop her.

Women should not join the defense as they had to look after their house, children and her husband too. If will not work she will have some time to spend with their families and also make their children learn good things.

I think women are fully fit in each & every role or position of life. . Like if she plays role of homemaker or working lady or businesses women or government employs or any other field. They works from his full dignity, and with full honesty.

If we give to chance them with full support & encouragement then they definitely prove herself in defence or any other field better then male power.
