Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

As in my point of view, both creativity and efficiency go hand in hand. First of all, understand what is creativity and efficiency. Making our imagination to the real world is creativity and by making some work done in less timme and in a proper manner is the efficiency.

So in industries, we required both kinds of work because not all are creative and efficient. So we both do the work together will better. For example, a person creates something with his imagination and if we want to implement it in an efficient way the product whichever is created will become successful. This can only be done if both come in action together.

As per my knowledge,

Creativity is the most important and valuable rather than efficiency. Because efficiency will come after creativity. How?

First, I would like to tell that creativity means expressing our thoughts in reality.

So without creation we can't decide it is efficient or not are you getting my point.

Efficiency comes after creativity.

For eg; Mobile is creativity. And forwarding getting msgs from relatives is more efficient because of mobile rather than getting msgs by letters. So efficiency depends on creativity.

As per my perspective, efficiency does not come & go, it takes time and effort to be visible in any work. An individual has to fail at the first step, then he has to practice more to uplift himself, and gradually he will achieve efficiency. So I think a person should know how to experiment and how to be creative, once he learns how to be creative, it's not that much difficult for him to attain efficiency. While experimenting, a person will definitely make mistakes, but mistakes give us an opportunity to learn. When we utilize this opportunity, it does miracles. Those miracles can be called as efficiency. As a conclusion, "Creativity is the mother of efficiency".

Look, both the two words creativity and efficiency are interrelated.

How? Let, me give an example.

I am doing electronics engineering. Our professor's intension is more on time scales. If a system providing less error in a small interval, we prefer more to it.

Now, Creativity.

Without Creative knowledge, we would be like our ancestors.

Human is an animal who is creative and developing in nature. We create and invents lots of things, which happens due to creativeness among people.

" Neither white nor black, it's a mixture of two".

In fact not only creativity or efficiency there are more factors like intelligence quality, emotional quality are also important factors.

Today's discussion starts on the importance of creativity over efficiency or vice versa if I tell about my point of view, creativity is more important than efficiency but it's not mean that we deny the crucialness of efficiency both of them have their own place but logically if we see then creativity comes at first because before this we need to understand the meaning of creativity and efficiency, creativity is something that is the ability of a person to think differently from others have innovative ideas and then transform them into a reality and efficiency is after gaining the innovation in the real world then how effectively your innovation will be helpful for that real world. It's all about their meaning now come to that point how efficiency comes after the creativity lets understand for ex if a person did any innovation then to implement that innovation efficiently is also needed the creativity because efficiency cover these expects like less time, easily affordable, adaptable etc etc but if we put our eye then creativity again come in the field.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my thoughts that both creativity and efficiency is equally important.

Creativity brings new things that is according to the recent demand and it needs efficiency to meet this demand on time. So in parallel way, both needs to be incorporated, taking the way of the corporate sector. Daily new challenges and innovations are met so to compete in the dynamic environment it has become a must to have creativity with efficiency.

What is creativity.?

Creativity is something that innovates our idea into reality while efficiency is that the person achieves with the help of our hard work and dedication. So I think both are the important tool to survive our life.

People who are born with creative mind have many creative skills they use their skills start up anything that he/she wants but the term efficiency is achieved with when the expert in his her work. And in any organisation requires both skills to develop our business.
