Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

According to me, creativity is more important than efficiency because if you are creative then you think about new ideas and working on that with full efficiency. And achieve something good in your life.

In my point of view, the efficiency is more important than creativity because, we know some people are gifted with creative mind in a particular field but the other who is not gifted with such quality is able to survive in today's world at the same time if he/she is not efficient at his work then he/she will definitely not going survive and will get fired.

In my perception, creativity is more important than efficiency. Because there is no creativity we can't judge efficiency. Without creativity we can't reach our goals with future plannings. We use efficiency in some cases only. But creativity is used to is in any situation. Different creativity gives us a new creation of life.

If the question is creativity or efficiency which is more important, I must say both of them are the characteristics which choose a leader among people.

A leader always should be creative as well as efficient. We are humans, we evolved, we adapted, and we developed because we were creative. It is the creativity which brings in the innovations among us, which makes us alive in the changing earth. But at the same time, it is efficiency which helps us to make the innovations fulfilled in reality. A leader or every person should use his or her creativity effectively to be successful.

For example; an organization can take so many new policies or strategies to make more profit but at the same time every worker of that organization has to work efficiently to make the policies a success. So in the end I must say, that both of creativity and efficiency are needed and used properly to be successful in life.

Both should form a part of each other. That is, creativity should contain efficiency and efficiency should also have some kind of creativity. Efficiency is more important. Everything involves cost be it monetary or in the form of time. A person, even if he is not creative, can do better in life if he is efficient. Though nowadays creativity is also required. Young minds have creative ideas. So, organisations also go for hiring youths. Their creative ideas have "efficiency" factor.

In my perspective, creativity dwells on efficiency and vice-versa. Both are the parallel tracks which has to be accomplished to reach out anything. Determining and fixing up either one of the two will not fetch fruitful things. Thinking out of box with creativity is important on the other scale delivering that creativity efficiently is also a big deal!.

In short both creativity and efficiency are couple which could not be separated and of course, should'not be separated.

I think efficiency is the capacity to do something more correctly whereas creativity means to build some new idea work.

I feel that the creativity and efficiency both are equally important. Because a man can something with the amalgamation of both. Creativity denoted the ideas that generated in mind of a human. But efficiency is necessary to implement this in the shortest time. So if a man can do something with the amalgamation of both who can invent some better than others.

For example in an organization a man who is Creative from the mind and develop a lot of ideas for the product, so if we use these ideas in the organisation with the amalgamation of other people which is effective in his work. Then new products can change the growth of the company.

My opinion is that creativity is more important because with creativity we can get an interesting and simple solution to a problem in different ways. And we shouldn't neglect efficiency, this efficiency is important as we can get a more accurate solution. There is no use with a less accurate solution in the present developing technological world.
