Which is more important: Creativity or Efficiency?

I think creativity and efficiency both are important to survive nowadays.

What is creativity.?

Creativity is something that innovates our idea into reality while efficiency is that the person achieves with the help of our hard work and dedication. So I think both are the important tool to survive our life.

People who are born with creative mind have many creative skills they use their skills start up anything that he/she wants but the term efficiency is achieved with when the expert in his her work. And in any organisation requires both skills to develop our business.

So, I think both are important tools.

In my point of view, both are equally important.

By giving an example of the corporate world, creative as well as effective persons are required to complete the task creatively and effectively.

A creative person is required to think out of the box as well as an efficient person is also required to fulfil the task at that particular time.

So, both are equally important.

Let me start discussion on this very interesting topic "which is more important creativity or efficiency". Fom my point, I think the creativity is more important than efficiency. Because if a person, student, entrepreneur etc is creative, He/she can think out of box and come with a great idea. But it does not need to be very efficient to work on that idea. He/She can increase the man labour to work on that idea to complete it in given span of time.

Hello Everyone, I would like to share my thoughts on Creativity vs efficiency.

In my opinion, both creativity and Efficiency are equally important, Such as Creativity is required to think outside the box and come out with usual way.
On the other hand, efficiency ensures that anything needs to be implemented effectively and on time so both creativity and efficiency are equally important.

For Example: In a corporation, there are daily new challenges that require a person who can create solutions that are creative as well as implemented with efficiency and on time.

That's all from my side.

Efficiency. Because if you can achieve your creativity by your efficient. We will put our action on achievement.

In my opinion, creativity is more important than efficiency because just suppose if you go to the market to buy a cloth which types of clothes you buy? " Just trending cloths" that trending cloths idea came from creativity. That's why creativity is more important.

Though both are important I would go for efficiency because it saves time. Creativity is something which does not come easy. You cannot think of a creative idea instantly Some days you are creative some days you are not. When you are asked to take quick decisions you cannot rely on creativity which is not based on logic. Efficiency, on the other hand, has a well-defined framework and based on tried and tested method.

In my opinion creativity is most important than efficiency.

Because when we start doing something then pre plan creative mind suppose we goes market for purchasing product the shop is not clean product not suitable so we can't purchase (creative).

Then efficiency is also important but first us creative.

In my opinion, creativity is more important than efficiency. Because nowadays everyone likes to achieve more success in a short period of time. Due to high creativity, a person can do everything. So creativity is more efficiency.

In my opinion, creativity is more important than efficiency I would explain it like creativity comes first followed by efficiency.

For instance, first one imagine something (that's what creativity is) that you do something (that you imagined) till you get efficient in that and then again you start using your creativity to improve it. So you understand how creativity efficiency and then again creativity. Efficiency can be improved by creativity whereas act me vise versa is not possible.
