Well we should respect our elders thinking. Because everything happens for a reason. We will never find a RAM in kaliyuga who will always going to take decisions for his society.
Always blaming the system is not the solution. And what India really needs is people with brains so that they could choose a right system.

Hello everyone.
I too believe that India needs a dictatorship, a patriotic dictatorship because without dictatorship the situation becomes miserable because our current system is not good enough to make India a developed nation, a super power which we were in past. Also, we need to amend 70% of our constitution.

According to my views I don't see any benefits in switching from democracy to dictatorship because its not the government which is responsible for the downfall of humanity, it is we the citizens.
So in order to make our country good enough all we need is our increased responsibility and proper understanding.

I think India needs a democraship i.e. a combination of democracy and dictatorship. In this form of govt some issues such as law making, crime, armed forces are handled through dictatorship and other issues such as education are handled through democracy. Simply speaking divide all the issues into two.

I don't get it. Why would you want a dictatorship?
Remember how Indira Gandhi was? She was responsible for shutting down people's civil liberties, imprisoning journalists, and other heinous activities. We the people can still choose an efficient leader. A dictatorship would crackdown on our freedom.

Not exactly a dictatorship, but a democratic dictator is all we need. To explain the meaning a party who is elected by the people with a complete majority in the parliament and then the best dictatorial leader among that party, who can impose his/her laws an views on the citizens.

We can't solve a problem by creating another problem.
There is a problem in the current political system but it could be solved by taking some corrective measures.
Dictatorship itself is a problem and assuming that it would solve problems is purely based on assumptions.

Yes, we need a dictator in country like India, peoples are uncivilised, people do as they wish in their own way and officers or politician are under the control of many don gundas, and businessman. We need strict rule over the people of India to reduce crime over women.
