Hi friends.

I am Muzamil, and as a political activist, I think the tainted ministers should never get a chance to contest elections because of their freaky minds and thoughts. If he is convicted of some criminal activities he should be called off for contesting any kind of elections.

People should not vote on the basis of religion, caste, etc but on the basis of unemployment, development, nation, and goodwill for their area.

Thanks.

I agree with @Saurabh.

Right to contest elections is very essential for democracy. But unless not proved ministers should be allowed to contest elections. Because now-a-days it has not become difficult to file a complaint against each other due to political rivalry. Even Supreme court also refuses the petition for the same. Once the charges are proved there is no second thought in refusing them the right to contest elections.

This is the most crucial thing to be thought of at this moment when India is surrounded by corrupt, unreliable, unworthy people who call themselves as leaders. Tainted ministers are like virus who slowly destroy the system with their venomous acts. They certainly should not be allowed to contest the elections. And it is responsibility of us to choose such person as our leader who work for country and welfare of people.

Hello friends!

A leader who enjoys the faith of the general publish should be honest to his words and actions and should be morally upright. A tainted politician who has charges of corruption, murder, violence or other offence has a question mark on his character which should be clarified in the courts first. A tainted person has self centered ambitions and if elected he will do no good to the general public.

Hi friends.

In my point of view people who call themselves as leaders no tainted politicians should not be allowed to contest in the election as it will not only lead to corruption but will also defame our country's reputation in front of the world and thus would effect our relations with foreign countries, as no country would like to conduct any kind of business with the country run by criminals.

Thanks.

I think it is a matter of debate cause most of the time many politicians become a victim of bad politics but we cannot take a chance with that. If some one has been declared tainted then he must not be allowed to contest election cause these people represent our country our culture and we can't prove to the world that we give chance to criminals to further deteriorate our country's reputation. Thank you.

I think that people does not allowed for election, because if he would not prove himself then he did not take decision for protect others people. If they are realized their mistake and and he would take ticket for election and once again he will be selected by using its criminal background and he will again corrupt our nation property. So that from my point of view they would not give second chance.

Hi friends,

Its a challenging topic to discuss on, but its as simple because today in our country all our leaders are well experienced in their dedicated field. We all might be aware of the famous saying "experience in the best teacher" all our leaders are experienced candidates, its just that they have to perform their duties in the positive way for the betterment of our nation.

I don't think this kind of people should be given chance as in a vast country like India, talent is no less and instead of providing opportunity to fresh blood, why trust a criminal!

Also, politics shouldn't be put at risk at any cost so in my opinion even if those people who committed crimes before and wanna change can serve society with other alternatives on their own.
