Tainted minister should not be allowed to contest elections because this type of minister are corrupted minded and he is always use our own power. And tainted minister are always think that how to get votes.

It entirely depends, really. It depends upon public if they want to give him a chance to prove that he has undergone changes, but just if they don't know if that guy can't be trusted, then they shouldn't.

I totally agree with Mr. Ashwini Sinha. We should not allowed tainted ministers to contest elections, as giving more opportunities to them is like deteriorating the conditions of INDIA by our own hands.
