I totally disagree with the statement because the major problems in our country is due to broken rule whether it may be in case of traffic, corruption and other factors. Yes, of course, I support that the rules should be modified or improved. But at the time of running the rule we should strictly follow the rule. If we disagree at some point of view of the rule we should notify our valuable suggestion staying within the boundary of the rule rather disobeying the rule.

A quote in the Sanskrit language always gives an idea that good though always hurts man, but bad thoughts gives us pleasure. For eg, A sweat creates diabetics although it is better tastes but a salty medicine cures us of that disease Although it is bad tastes. Rules are the medicines like, so people hate it although it is good for them, and break the rules very easily and said gratefully " Rules are meant to be broken". And affected a lot by breaking the rules.

According to me, rules is for the benefit of the people. Depending on the rules, we can follow it restrict it. But some rules are very much essential. For eg rules like wearing helmet, avoid cellphones while driving is very good for the safety of the people. But some rules like in office restriction to internet to employees is irrelevant to current suitvation. If rules are essential and useful everyone follows it, but it is useful no one folows it. Thank you.

If there are no rules how can they be broken but if there are rules how can you stick to them?some rules are meant to be broken just for the sake that we need a little flare in our life. Also if police are to to good and the government why are they letting people in lebonon Die! it is likethey want them to just so they can chase a baddie or investigate!

But back on subjects rules: live by them break them just whatever you do think before you do Anything!

Hi.

Actually rules are mean to be broken rules are the elementary bricks in a country like India. Only when we broke the current rules then only the constitution can come up with a better one.

Lets take an example,

At first seat belt was no compulsory for drivers when a rule was established on the strict usage of seat belt to the drivers, people started to avoid this and break the rule. So the government came with penalty for people who break the law.

In my option, one should follow rules not for his own good but also for others. One must consider following rules is good for the long run. I would like to elaborate it by saying when we park our vehicle in a no-parking zone (knowingly) then because of that may be a lot of people can suffer and get irritated because of a wrong decision of not following the rule.

I completely disagree with the statement of rules are meant to be broken in any way.

I also believe it that rules are meant to be broken. Because in the all sector when any rule is made, then after some day that rules are broken by anyone, thats why new rules are come alternatr of previous rule, so if any rules is harmful of our human society then we should break the rule and we have to prove that rule is not good of us, and that will be the reason of bring a new alternating modifying rule, which will help our human societry.

I do not think that rules are made to be broken because they are made by ourselves, for the sake of ourselves and to be followed by us also. Any demolish of rules led to the problems and result any harm to us. Take a simple example of traffic rule that we do not use mobile during journey and if someone do not follow it then several accident gives the evidence due to unseen of rules. If rules are not right then why we the people made them?

Hello everybody, as per I'm concern my views are on the both sides that is on one hand approxmite all the rules made that are implemented are the stupid of the all, which always lead to the comparison or critisim of a person concern, but on the other hand the rules that are most significant and should must be followed for the well 80% of them are never implemented, So as per my conclusion the stupid rules are always meant to be broken.

Hello everyone,

I heard "Records are mean to be Broken by some One. It is rarely happened". But Rules are meant to be Broken. This is a familiar Thing in our day to life. During morning traffic on The Road, each and everyone break the rules and they don't know worry about afterwards happening!

People who break the rules before they thing about the society at-least one in a time. How many peoples get benefits if I support the rules!
