Rules are not meant to be broken. According to me rules are made to put human life in a disciplined format. Without rules we humans would not be staying in a civilized society, there would be chaos and confusion everywhere. Rules makes us disciplined. But in certain cases some rules do get broken unintentionally.

There are certain rules that are important for safety and well-being- like traffic rules, wearing seat belts, wearing helmets etc. In a country like india, without rules no one would wear the seat belt, though it is very much necessary for safe driving. Same goes for wearing helmets.

Similarly rules in schools, colleges and offices are very important for their proper functioning.

But at times rules do get broken unintentionally, but one should not make a habit of breaking rules.

In certain cases we need to break certain rules just to get a taste of freedom or to break the monotony of life, for example rules like one has to come back home before evening, sometimes it is necessary to break the rule just to experience the night life.

The Nature of rules is they are rigid and there is no exception. This might look perfectly good at the time they were made but in some situation they need to broken.

When rules left no choice then they are meant to be broken.

Rules are meant to be broken right :- this thinking has lead our country in such a adverse condition that we are lacking behind from the country like china. Does anyone has ever wonder the populous country like china has developed in a pace of rabbit. Just go a couple of decades before and compare India with china they were almost stand equal. But could you just imagine where the India is and china is at this moment. We all know the cause of it right we call it corruption. Have you ever tried to inculcate why is this corruption, yeah its the thought of Indian that rule are meant to be broken, here the one who create the rule brakes the rule. Rules binds you to a certain area you cannot exceed that constrain. Rules inculcate discipline, punctuality and sense of responsibilities in you. Which ultimately makes you perfect and keeps dignity of country. Country will prosper if and only if the inhabitants bind himself and work with integrity. If we won't follow the rules and there would not be any penalties, just imagine what will be the situation. Just relate it to daily life if there would not be the norms and regulation do you ever think any girls could ever walk safely to the road. Even though there is rules and penalties then also there is not even a single day you won't find the report of molest and rapes. Now you could just examine if there would not be any rules than what could be the world as a whole.

But still talking about rules yeah I am completely concur that to make your life joyful its necessary to break the rules but those breaking rules should not harm any body feeling or relationship. Breaking rules for fun can be consider till it won't do great impact or effect someone severely. And also there are some rules which can be broken under some circumstances like if someone met with severe accident and he has to admit in the ICU then I think first comes life then rules. So at that situation we need to break rules.

So ultimately my conclusion is that break rules and decorum but not at the cost of life, relationship, feeling and dignity.

Seriously, rules are not meant to be broken. First of all rules are made for follow.

If you are following rules you are respecting the rules so you are supposed to be follow the rules if you made the rules. If you meant to break the rule, its not the rules its the simply nothing. So who break the rules they are supposed to think themselves. They are shame on that.

In India, people are mostly habitat to break the rules, so we do not have any expectation from those people to obey the rules. In India, one see the person breaking rule even though he/she does not takes any preventive action. Indian government has a own rules or system which may be ineffective, so why we shouldn't react to improve them?

If any powerful person breaks the rule should that person be punished?

If we wanna make India a developed country then rules must be strict and common to all and punishment must be such that a person does not even dare to break the rules, then may be our country free from corruption, rape cases, which mostly suffering in India.

According to me rules are made for making our life easier and in a better way, for making us good citizen. But we can't follow all the rules in each and every situation. So if it is necessary to break a rule if it is worthful then we should break it, regardless of any fear.

We make rule for our convenience not for causing a problem in our life. So if this is mandatory to break a rule for our benefit and if it is not harmful to others, then in that case we can break the rule.

I don't think so why because of some rule are need to be broken for some time and some are need to be broken for life time some rules are to maintained. Following examples will explain in detail.

FOR EXAMPLES 1: TRAFFIC SIGNALS - if you are in emergency then you should break the rules rather stick with rules blindly because you are going to save the life of someone.

EXAMPLES 2: Rules should be broken for the creation of new rules like SATI DAHA which was for hindu but now replaced THE RULE.

EXAMPLES 3: Smoking in public is punishable.

Rules are made to obey. If we are living in a nation we should obey our rules. Breaking our rules mean cheating ourself. For the the best economic condition of our country we should obey the rules that made by our government.

Rules are made to spend a better life in a systemic process. If any one think, it is his/her dad's property. Then they are going to a wrong manner. This is also called selfishness. If you are in emergency then you can break the rule. But that's not mean, your girl friend is waiting. And you break the traffic rule.

Rules are not meant to broke. But it is mostly broken by celebrities, politicians. The worst part is people also support them. Rules are not followed by lawyers and judges. So many cases are in pending to get bail.

But if a celebrity wants a bail he will get immediately. Rules must be followed rule maker. Then common man will also obey.
