Rules is an important thing in day to day life.
Rules and regulation are help us to go in a proper way.
Rules helps for all age groups like students, teacher, parents. Etc.
Student have certain rules like need to complete homework, time management, Etc.
Likewise each and every persons have many commitments. If they follow the rules they can easily achieve the goal.

Seriously, rules are not meant to be broken. First of all rules are made for follow.
If you are following rules you are respecting the rules so you are supposed to be follow the rules if you made the rules. If you meant to break the rule, its not the rules its the simply nothing. So who break the rules they are supposed to think themselves. They are shame on that.

I support this sentence because, most of these people do not follow it. Example take it from your home, parents say children that to keep quiet but they won't listen. The road speed will be 60 but you will go 80/100. In that case we can say that rules can be broken when it is necessary we have to break it like, for human society, for our country etc. Thank you.

Look at it this way. Noone is saying go break all rules. The proverb is meant to convey that rules are made when a different way of doing thing cause problems. We pick or create a rule when one way is considered the "right" way. If everyone did things just one way there would be no need for a rule. Rules are meant to be broken - otherwise, why make the rule.

After reading all of yur comets, this is what i think. Most rules should be followed. E.G school uniforms prevent grouping all the people who can/can't afford the big brands. Traffic lights prevents people getting in accidents. Laws prevent people from doing the wrong thing, and more.
But if the rule needs to be broken for a good reason, it should.

Rules are made not to break. If one breaks the rule then it will create the internal disputes in the country like ours. If that rule is broken for some emergency cases than people think that Government is doing partiality. And people will be against the prosperity and law of the country. So there should be some punishment for those who breaks the law.

Safety rules are not meant to be broken, yes but other things for example, in initial times people don't educate their girls but Savitri bai rule had broken that rule. So I meant to say that, there are many rules which is coming in between humans progress, those rules should be broken so every person from upper, middle and lower class can do growth.

Hello Everyone.
Rules and regulations are both sides of the coin.
If a person wants to live in a society peacefully, one should follow the rules and guidelines of our constitution. If there were no rules and regulations in a nation where we could not find security. Caste discrimination is the rule that should be abolished from our constitution.

"Rules are made to be broken".
Nowadays people break the rules for the fun and state the same line which is very disappointing although if the rules are broke for someone's well being then it is right. Rules are made for our own good. This let us help to decide whether things are wrong or right. So rules can be broke when mandatory.
Thank you.

Rules are not meant to broke. But it is mostly broken by celebrities, politicians. The worst part is people also support them. Rules are not followed by lawyers and judges. So many cases are in pending to get bail.
But if a celebrity wants a bail he will get immediately. Rules must be followed rule maker. Then common man will also obey.
