Rules can be broken sometimes but not all the time. Rules are meant for one's own safety. If we will not follow the rules then what we teach to our people. Those who are illiterate and can't understand these rules. In the case of emergency. For Eg. In the case of the ambulance, it becomes very necessary to break these traffic rules.

Yes, rules can be broken if the circumstances are like. For Eg: take someone is injured badly and needs to get to the hospital and there is a long red light traffic rules can be broken at that period of time but if you are breaking rules for fun or enjoyment that's totally wrong at that time!

Rules are made not to break. If one breaks the rule then it will create the internal disputes in the country like ours. If that rule is broken for some emergency cases than people think that Government is doing partiality. And people will be against the prosperity and law of the country. So there should be some punishment for those who breaks the law.

"Rules are made to be broken".
Nowadays people break the rules for the fun and state the same line which is very disappointing although if the rules are broke for someone's well being then it is right. Rules are made for our own good. This let us help to decide whether things are wrong or right. So rules can be broke when mandatory.
Thank you.

Hello all,
Are rules meant to be broken?
No, I don't think so, in a democratic country like India rules are made for our (the peoples) well-being and its common for all. What does it mean if we make a rule and it's we who breaks them? Yes, there are circumstances when rules must be broken, but only for a good deed and not for an individuals enjoyment.
And about politicians and businessman, as one of my friend here discussed if they are breaking the rules it's us, the same people who should put a full stop to that. Rules are not made to be broken, it should be followed because the world is stable only with rules.

Rules are followed by all the citizen. From my point of views, There is no need to break the rule. Some guys say the rule are made for broken. Now I'm asking there is an instruction that doesn't touch these wire it has high voltage then why you don't break this rule. So the rules should be followed by everyone.

Rules are not at all meant to be broken. If a person who agrees with the topic should not have right to blame another people for the same. Rules are made our betterment. It's our responsibility to follow the rules.
