I do agree with above mention points that retention of employee is the utmost important thing for companies and for this companies need to increase their employee satisfaction rate score by conducting one o one of each member of team with manager, need to listen and understand the voice of common employee, appraise them for their good work by small token of rewards, monthly or quarterly team outing plans to increase team bonding and trust between management and employee's.

Employees are the important and most valuable asset in the functioning of any company or any institute. The growth of the company, depends upon the employees. If your employees are happy, they will work more with more energy, which inturn will benefit the company, but if the employees are not happy, it can be reversed. So it very necessary for the company to keep its employees happy.

No company can achieve what they want to with dissatisfied and temporary employees. As such retaining employees is truly essential. Making friends or rather getting into a certain relationship is important but its only valuable and happier when its long lasting. So retention of friend, relationship, customers in business and so employees in company is truly must.

There are so many types of retention policies are available for different department. Here I am talking about employee retention. Employee retention is not talked about retaining all employees. It's only about key employees who are beneficial for our organisation. For them, we may apply so many retention policies to influence them to stay in our organisation.

I Just want to add on here, we all know employees are the assets but somewhat it also depend on his/her superior. While talking about retention superior should have give him some responsible work, prompt him to take initiative apart from that he also would get in emotional touch with employees like asking about family or spouse.

But your behavior decides who will stay in your LIFE.....

When you rude behave with your employees....no employees stay in your institute..
if no employees there...how many days ur industry/institute will be running.

It doesn't matter for expenses for trained new employee when our past employee is not working properly according to company pay for him/her for his work.

I do agree that employees are like an eye to the institution. They need to be dealt with great care. An institution without employees is like a two-wheeler with one tyre.

Employees are the assets of company. Company should care of employees those who have given his/her best to organization to achieve goal. Company should not loss them.
