From my personal experience of being in touch with both the type of educational institutes, I could say private institutes are far better than government since in private, prof. S are bound to take their lectures but in govt. Inst. No one is there to monitor them. There is no performance based appraisal system in govt. Inst. So faculties are less worried about getting fired or demoted.

And students who are paying a huge amount for their education in a private inst. Are also bite serious about their career, since willing to learn more and more out of it.

Hello! My name is Sneha.

In my opinion, Government institutions have much more potential than private institutions because there are several reasons,

1. Provides books.
2. Provides uniform/dress.
3. Mid-day meal also.

Govt. Institutes lack only in the field of discipline, which is again the critical criteria.

But as I said Government have the potential to make it a better place for students so that they can achieve the education same as private school students is getting.

Private Institutions in India are infamous because they are considered to be money minting organisations. But, I feel that there are certain private colleges in India that provide world-class quality of education but don't get their due because of the tarnished image that Private Institutes have.

To quote a few examples, Shiv Nadar University (SNU) has the one of the best infrastructure and faculty (from IIM's and FMS). SNU is paying high salaries to these professors just to provide the best education possible. Their batch sizes for economics is just 30 and for BMS is just 60. So, their aim is not earning money.

The biggest benefit Private Institutes offer is the latest industry-relevant courses. Their course content is up to date and makes the students employment-ready. They have courses like data analytics and design thinking which will at least take 5-6 years for government colleges to introduce.

But, as I said that due to many bad private colleges, a few amazing private colleges are not getting the limelight.

I think that private college is good because every one has no required marks for goverment college then private college is good for that and private college provide more facilities than government colleges.

Hello everyone,

I am here to express my views on the topic under discussion, which is are private educational Institutions are good or bad?

In the last few decades, private educational institutions have gained a large attention from students coming from middle-class as well as upper-class families. These institutions provide high-class facilities such as classrooms, sports grounds, student clubs, etc, but the major issue with them is the high amount of fees which they charge from the students. This fee amount can still be managed, but the type of different fees or ways to extract money from parents' pockets, such as management fees, exam fees, library access fees, etc, can rip any common Indian parent's pocket. These institutions not only have the issue of high fees, but also the environment in the school is so discriminatory that students coming from a lower middle class or poor background feel highly discriminated against and separated from other students.

Another problem is that the projects which are given to the students to complete during vacations are more like a task for parents, as it has nothing which a child of that grade could do on their own.

In my opinion, private institutions may be a good option if they are a little more affordable and focus more on students' development, not on taking examinations and giving projects.

Hi friends,

I am Kavitha from Chittoor. I want to share with you about Private Education Institutions. PEI is very good for students. Because faculty members who worked in PEI will have take care about each and every student to achieve their success. So that people who are studied in PEI will Improve their knowledge, Communication skills and also improve their confidence level.

Teachers who worked in PEI will tried to avoid failures. That means each students don't have backlogs. Always trying to improve their Institution level.

Hi, everyone.

I think that private institutions are not good because in present epoch everything is very high price even people cannot arrange for their bread and butter and it is not possible for the people to afford private institutions on the other hand if they prefer for government institutions they will can good nurturing from the teacher because we should cut our coat according to clothes.

Hey everyone! Myself Sonia Saini.

In my opinion, both government and private schools are best. But it depends on parents' financial condition and what type of school they can afford for their children. As we know school play a great role in children's development but it also depends on children's qualities like discipline. If anyone wants to achieve their aim. They should have dedication to do best and can achieve many more in life sometimes which can’t be achieved by high rating school student but achieve by a small school student.

Thanking you!

The negative side of education of the government nowadays is that they accommodate more enrolls but they have less time to provide good quality teaching. The government has already implemented two sessions per day due to having an overpopulated society.

However, more students that the teacher wouldn't be able to evaluate them individually due to lack of time and how they will be able to learn more from each topic that they discuss If they have less time to talk about it. On the other hand, one of the main reasons why the government implemented this kind of policy is due to puberty.

Private education: In case of primary gains the point because they take good care of children and provide them with school bus which will help them arrive in time but in government children wander around the school premise.

Secondary section: the private institution win because they make sure teaching student is their number one priority while public sometimes feel reluctant. I have been in both schools that are why I am saying this.

Tertiary section: the private also comes first because they will be no protection, cult (game), stealing activities in the school whereas in public they come those listed qualities.
