Positive Attitude and not Knowledge is required for Business Success

Hello everyone,

In my opinion positive attitude and knowledge both are required for business success. Positive attitude gives you the right direction, zeal to achieve your goal, while knowledge helps you to achieve your goal easily, helping in taking right decisions, correct implementation and risk analysis.

According to my point of view both are required for the business but the preference may vary without knowledge we may not enter in to business so I prefer knowledge first because we may enter in to an company there is an interview and the 1st round itself aptitude they test the knowledge 1st then only they come to know our attitude so that both are important but the preference is to be different.

I would like to say about this discussion. In my point of view both points have the their own value. But I will prefer to knowledge than positive attitude. Because without any kind of knowledge we can't enter in any business. You know very well when we start even a small business then we collect different type of knowledge from different sources. Just like our friends, relatives and existing businessmen those who are presently involve in same kind of business.

After getting the knowledge from different sources then with the positive attitude we enter in the business. Positive attitude comes after getting the knowledge of the same kind of business. If you don't have positive attitude you can never start any business. Because if you are going to start any business then you will be thinking about profit and loss. A lot of questions will be running in your mind regarding for the profit and loss. That's why I would like to prefer Knowledge compare to Positive attitude.

I think positive attitude is more important compared to knowledge because one who has positive attitude paves his way towards knowledge by engaging into activities. So he learns by involving himself into something or with somebody. One who has positive attitude might not have the bookish knowledge but has the street smartness to tackle difficult situations.

In practical situations knowledge comes handy when we are climbing the ladder from a lower level to a middle level but after that its the attitude which makes the difference. So people who are really successful have the right attitude and as far as knowledge is concerned one can always outsource it.

Attitude carry's 60% in everything, be it personal life, job, or your business. Knowledge of something DOES NOT automatically translate into positive attitude.

Example1: If I have money and have no knowledge in a particular business, but have a positive attitude towards good managers, investors etc. They could make my business grow and grow.

Example 2: I do not have knowledge in construction, but because of my attitude towards honesty and motivation of people, I now have a small business with artisans who construct houses for people outside my country.

Last example; everyone has knowledge in eating, but there are manners in eating at dinner, we have a lot of people even professors, not having positive attitude towards table manners. SO I GIVE POSITIVE ATTITUDE MORE POINTS THAN KNOWLEDGE. I can give several examples including market women who have very bad attitude towards their customers and as a result loosing Pure cash.

Being a positive is like a candle in dark which attracts freaky mosquitos.

This is a very good topic for discussion.

In my point of view, both knowledge and positive attitude are very important for the smooth conduct of a business. A person who having lots of knowledge about his business, but not having positive attitude (it means he getting afraid all the things happened in the market) does not have the capacity to fight against the hurdles happened in the market. Because of these, both knowledge and positive attitude are equally important for a business to become success.

In my opinion, Knowledge is wisdom for business if a businessmen having a keen knowledge regarding his new venture that would lead him to zenith and also help him out to sustained in the market. Having positive attitude with less knowledge makes no sense.

As we always said" Having little knowledge is always dangerous". Knowledge and positive attitude both are mandatory to each other if a businessmen having in depth knowledge of his business he would easily survive in tough time also.

That's it.

In my opinion both are complementary to each other.

Business is a macro level.

Lets talk about job" Micro level of a business.

Knowledge and understanding the business and concepts which is also IQ (Intelligence quotient) can land you into a well paying dream job.

Where as to maintain that dream job, strong knowledge base and positive attitude which is also EQ (Emotional Quotient) is of utmost importance.

The same principal applies to business.

See, business is something that should be dealt with utmost care. You not only be a smart but also you need have an intense knowledge for the business that you want to start. To me, in dealing two things you need to memorize.

1. A good knowledge about the business. With this knowledge you can handle any difficult situation with much more ease.

2. A positive attitude and confidence which really helpful in case of mundane situations where criticism and depression go hand in hand.
