Hi, everyone.
As we are talking about positive attitude and not knowledge.
In this topic, whenever a person is talking about business, knowledge lags more than attitude because business minded people think every time about increasing its revenues, sales and decreasing its capital which is only possible with knowledge, I don't say that attitude is not important it is also important for the employees who are working in the same organisation.

Knowledge skills get into in your dream company.
And positive attitude sustain you in that company.
And there is a research by a prestige company which shows that 80-90% people get select into a company through positive attitude and 10-20% of people through knowledge or operational skills. So it directly shows that even big companies also want those employees who can sustain in their company and handle the pressure and give his best to that company.

I accept the fact that positive attitude helps individual to take stance under difficult situation faced by business. However, taking a stance would be meaningless until and unless one has the idea or knowledge to solve the business problems because analyzing the problem and finding for the solution is better for worst case scenarios faced by business and if you have knowledge regarding the issues you tend to be positive towards solving those issues.

In my opinion both are complementary to each other.
Business is a macro level.
Lets talk about job" Micro level of a business.
Knowledge and understanding the business and concepts which is also IQ (Intelligence quotient) can land you into a well paying dream job.
Where as to maintain that dream job, strong knowledge base and positive attitude which is also EQ (Emotional Quotient) is of utmost importance.
The same principal applies to business.

According to my opinions, until or unless you don't have adequate knowledge about your field you can't be successful in business. At least base should be very strong. Rest of the things you can adopt just by experience. So, I insist on having smart knowledge about your field, positive attitude will automatically come. Because only with knowledge you can be more confident and you can put across your ideas, your views more confidently.

As we know that we are(India) the second largest population of the world and is apple of eye for whole of the world, now a days, it not only due to positive attitude only but essential knowledge is also required the run the show. Business to be dealt with courage and zeal will result into successful completion of mission. Knowledge is very imported in business, with the help of knowlegde you will get lots of creative ideas, thoughts and many more to promote your business. I am not saying possitive attitude is not good for business but knowledge is bigger then attitude. If you have a knowledge you can think that which type of aatitude have to give. So knowledge is most important in business organisation. Knowledge create to man a succesfull person.
