Positive Attitude and not Knowledge is required for Business Success

Positive attitude n knowledge are d the two imp aspects for the success of any org. Without knowledge of your work as an entrepreneur, you are not able to survive in this highly competitive world. You should have proper knowledge of what you are doing. As an entrepreneur, it is required to gather fully fleshed knowledge about the market, environment, customers, stakeholders etc. So accordingly mantra for success of a business is to get highly professionalised knowledge of your field and always have optimistic (+ve) attitude.

I accept the fact that positive attitude helps individual to take stance under difficult situation faced by business. However, taking a stance would be meaningless until and unless one has the idea or knowledge to solve the business problems because analyzing the problem and finding for the solution is better for worst case scenarios faced by business and if you have knowledge regarding the issues you tend to be positive towards solving those issues.

Hello, everyone, this is Saravana from Chennai. I would like to discuss this topic. Knowledge is nothing but the power of success. We have good knowledge mean to understand the level of business activity to solve the errors keep a positive attitude. Just simply says without knowledge is nothing can be done but the sometimes luck plays to upgrade your life & business but you can't keep it long. Because you are not having a knowledge mean. So both are very required in business pace. For an instance, in a real life, a man having good business but he is not educated and not much knowledge also how it's possible because he is having good management experience.

Putting a good business is a risk. Giving your full knowledge and determination to succeed and support the outcome of every move of the best way to implicate in a good way is plus point. And according to my experience small businesses successfully grows, giving a 100% touch of class and quality of work.

In my opinion positive attitude is not only important for business success even it is also important for survival. But it would not correct to say that knowledge is not important. For success, Knowledge is as important as positive attitude.

Let's have an example of that type of person who has positive attitude but no any knowledge: That type of person may be a good communicator rather than an effective communicator. In my opinion that type of person will have to face various difficulties regarding technical matters. And practically, Business is not only about investment, It requires lots of efforts and knowledge to be a successful businessman.

On the other hand if there is a person having good knowledge but lack of attitude, then in my opinion, that type of person couldn't take creative and innovative initiation. They would always abide by the decision of others. And, Only knowledge is not sufficient for achieve goals.

Conclusion: If I conclude this topic, then a person must have positive attitude and knowledge as well. Because knowledge would give you a platform to implement the plan in effective manner and positive attitude would provide a motivation to take initiation.

Hello everyone, I think positive attitude and knowledge both are equally important for success of business. IF the person does not have knowledge about his business market demand of his product, risk involve, future demand, competitors available in market, etc.

How he can get success without proper planning. He can plan better by having good knowledge with positive attitude. So, we can conclude knowledge is very much required for the success of business.

We need both the knowledge and positive attitude in business. Positive attitude is useful when we got any problems, we solve it by using positive attitude. But we didn't have knowledge we can't do the business.

Yes I agree with the @Amol. If we have the knowledge of particular one automatically we get the positive attitude.

It's true that both are needed but, positive attitude is an innate characteristics while knowledge is acquired with a positive attitude, one can always acquire the knowledge he desires within a space of time. Presently, we need attitudinal change more than knowledge because, with positive attitude the country would be a better place.

I feel for any business most important thing is how you deal with other person, it could be your client or colleague, and when it comes to dealing with other person Attitude plays major role as compare to Knowledge. Although I do not deny the importance of knowledge yet I feel that to be successful our Attitude counts more.

My job requires me to meet lot of clients on daily basis and I know that I may not be expert in the product I deal with, still my clients love to talk to me about it because they get the feeling of comfort and understanding of their requirement. I feel "How you talk is more important than what you talk" and that comes from Attitude.
