Need for Good Leaders in India

- Men of ability: able men.

- Men of godliness: such as fear God.

- Men of God's Word: men of truth.

- Men of honor: hating covetousness.

According to me, we can see our politicians giving illogical manifestos. I think it is we, who have alike mindsets should unite for a better purpose because there would not be fire without a "spark". Let us try to bring a change upto some extent.

From my point leaders are persons whom having responsibilities of other persons whom supporting him. India have great leaders of their time but now leaders are becoming selfish, stupid and non moral. They forgets honesty and developments.

Instead of development they are doing corruptions and scams. In India present time have the shortage of good leaders and leadership qualities. Hence I am reached at this conclusion that India needs good leaders and qualities of selflessness. For the welfare of country educated from us must try be followed citizenship.

Yes definitely we need good leaders in India. In past we had great leaders who struggle for freedom and made India an independent country. Now a days leaders are totally selfish, money -minded, corrupted, scam and non moral. Just in team, a leader is required to show the direction and tell what to do or not same India need good leaders to make India a developed country.

Leaders with character, honesty and integrity. These are kind of the people that India needs as leaders. The entire political system is now corrupt and there is hardly any place for sincere and honest people. Selfishness has become second name for politicians.

There are leaders who show the way to corruption, but hardly any one out of it. If we want to change the fate of the people of India and the country.

Yes India really need some good leader and the good leader can be choose through voting right only in India. I think this is wrong system because people choose their leader but the leader didn't work for peoples who make them leader.

So that my personal view is whenever any change required any policy will be decide to endorsed then that decision can be taken only with taking consent of peoples through voting so that people can take part in decision if all this happen then their is no need of leader.

Government is releasing so much money to all departments to improve the infrastructure and people lives but our politicians are looting almost all the money (75% of each project) , spending only small portion of the money on project and project is not in good quality and same thing repeats every year on same project, spending like these and lotting all our money. This the way our politician ear money by asking government to release fund on many projects. In the whole process, all politicians, government officials and contractors are involved. Our money is wasting like this every day in-front of our eyes but we are helpless, we are not doing any thing because of fear of politicians (sine they have power and government, they can do any thing).

I am seeing all almost all politician from Grama Panchayat member to ministers. All are doing same thing to earn money.

The only thing, selection of leader is not good in our society. Govt should put proper qualification to became leader. Just think about how government is putting qualification got get the government job and how difficult to get IAS and IPS jobs, finally these IAS and IPS officers works under some leader who does not have any qualification to lead country.

One more thing, once a person goes to jail, he will not be eligible to get government job. But he is eligible to become leader and go for top position in India. This is our system.

In my opinion, The only thing will change the country direction is to impose qualification on selection of leaders (more qualification than government officers).

Good leader are good engines of our national growth as said by greatest writer Bhartendu Haruschandra.

1) They mostly influence our society by their own good thinking for future.

2) They show us the light during the difficulties of darkness.

3) They provides confidence in yourself.

4) They provide energy to us by motivatives thought.

5) They are the telescope and has all the plan for our future problem.

My name is Pranav Shinde, In my opinion, the leader should take the views from the youth and some views of him.

We should voice against injustice. The thing is in our India that religion and caste.

Our government servants are also not working properly. Eg Police, In government offices, the servant does not speak properly. My view is if you are doing the job you should speak politely a strict action should be taken against these servants.

I have been hired many times "India is Developing" When "India will be Developed".

The politicians come to every five years. In every five years, Leaders come with the news of we are bringing this in our India. The public also gives a vote.

He comes NOTHING HE DOES.

For this PRESIDENT OF INDIA SHOULD TAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THIS.

Yes. Indian people needs a good leader. But it is not possible because of the bad politicians, they only focused on their family and their status. They don't care about anything. In India, every leader or politician think they can do whatever they want in a good way or otherwise they do wrong ways such as crime, arise complicated situation between religious, etc. In India, nobody is safe and secure just because of this kind of politicians.
