Need for Good Leaders in India

Good and honest leader only the people. Good and honest persons are not expecting money from the people. The youngster comes forward to voting. He only the right person. In my heart says that one who wants to became a leader keep this your mind voting at an election is not a competition.

In our generation most of the people's mind are need only for money. So they people decided to vote for which politicians can giving a high money while in election times. I request all people to choose good leader for our country to improve.

I would like to say that a good leader must be an educated, ideal and honest person. There must be a qualification criteria for the leaders in India. It is also our responsibility to choose the good leader in our society. The leaders are giving their position just like their property to their children, due to this system our county is not growing and corruption and all problems is increasing day by day.

I want to start with the quote given by Nelson Mandela " Education is the most powerful tool we can use to change the world" In my opinion a good leader should embark moral principles and values. For that institution plays a significant role. As we see and experience how we had transforms and taught in our school and colleges. They lack moral teaching for the good conduct of our life and for the society as a whole. Good grades don't make us good human we need to change our education system so that the young leaders have enough leadership qualities. Value education will do to make a good leader.

Leader is the very important role to one. The main task or good leadership character of an leader is that one leads the nation or organisation or business in an successful and effective manner. Nowadays no one leads the nation in an effective way. They shouldn't think about us. In my point of view leadership plays an very important role to every country. If we have a good leader our country is not an developing country now it's a developed country.

In my view, India needs good leader in every field. In education, transport, banking sector and etc. I read an article recently where India will become third most powerful nation by 2030. Now question comes why India is under developing country. There is only one reason, good leader. India doesn't have good leader.

Corruption is the virus which making India poor and under developing country. It's time not to fight among us. Lets be united and each of us promise to ourselves to become good leader of a country and make India as superpower.

In my point of view we should need good leader for our country/society. Because of some reasons our India still remain developing country. In our country most of people think about their life, happiness and family. They don't care about others. In election time they elect people who gave more money than other.

We have to know who is suitable for leader position. Another point is let say one good person came into politics. After some years he defiantly change and corrupt. Because of our Indian politics are like that. We are the people of india, we have to save our country. It is our duty to elect good leader for our nation.

According to me politics in India is only meant for rich people. Politicians giving their positions just like giving their property to their sons. Until and unless educated unselfish people come into politics India will be always called a developing country rather than developed country. I think a good leader comes from a middle class family.

Problem is not only to have good leader but also the opposition party will not let good leader work, the people of india's mentality is narrow minded we will not reform, we can only talk can't do anything.
