Need for Good Leaders in India

India is democratic country so if we are trying to discuss about serious condition which cannot be finished. Problem is not only to have good leader but also the opposition party will not let good leader work, the people of india's mentality is narrow minded we will not reform, we can only talk can't do anything.

It would be good that leader should have educational qualification criteria to be selected. But we can't ignore the veterans who has by very its facets have seen the dynamicness of contemporary politics.

Rather than this which could be implemented later, the first thing we should have is right to recall. Its subsequent advantage would be that it will let go a well educated leader and a vast experienced leader in a parallel way.

A good leader must have a future blueprint in mind. A vast country in respect of population like ours has numerous complex problems. The leader should have the courage and high energy level, sincerity, honesty and believing in great destiny for the country.

The leader's giving should be 100% of everything to the country, country first and country last. The leader should live for the nation and die for the nation.

In my point of view India needs good and educated leader. So there must be a eligibility criteria for the selection of good leader. Leader is the one who lead the country, but it is also our responsibility to be a good citizen. As India is a democrat country and we choose our leader. So it's also our responsibility to choose the right person.

Now a days proximate all the person think that any body can to be a leader but to be good leader is very difficult because a good leader is who has positively thought? They have ability to take right decisions at any moment.

Right now our country need a good leader because our country is lack of a good leader. It is not mean that a good leader is simple and their dress up is simply and behavior. They only know about their thought and their mentality. So for developing our country.

It is necessary need to a good leader in all region whatever it is not only election. It required in the all field.

What is the need for a good leader?

In my point of view, I would say person who doesn't focus only his/her ideas rather gets the ideas of citizens to implement a project are good leaders. Since leaders are our backbone. They must have the qualities to handle a team which is more important.

Now a days every leaders are coming out with so many ideas to improve our country to next level but they don't see whether it is implemented by the persons who works below him/her. A good leader should have the capability to handle a team and implement his/her views.

India should need a good leader who is well educated and and intelligent and also have a strong leadership quality. He should have the courage and confidence to face real time problems and to save our society.

Firstly, Government should change the eligibility criteria for the person who want to become a leader. Secondly, Government should initiate a committee to check whether the funds allocated for specific project is used for specific purpose or not. By this they can able to avoid corruption and poverty in India.

Also leader should be the one who should initiate some steps for compulsory education for all. Nowadays due to corruption, richer getting richer and poorer is getting poorer, so a good leader should take some action to uplift the weaker sections of the society.

Hi friends, a good leader means to fight against the corrupt people in the system. People giving votes to leader to elect them and to take action against the corrupt people. A good leader is those people who takes care of people and unite the whole system like lal bahadur shastri who fight against the freedom for India.

Good leaders are the mastermind for our countries in every fields.

1. They teach us proper way to awake our mind.

3. They make us unite.

4. They temper us for right guidance for our life.

5. They make us conscious about our well regards in our field.

6. Being practical, I motivated myself by my father for "The hard work and practice that made him perfect".
