Need for Good Leaders in India

In my point of view India needs good and educated leader. So there must be a eligibility criteria for the selection of good leader. Leader is the one who lead the country, but it is also our responsibility to be a good citizen. As India is a democrat country and we choose our leader. So it's also our responsibility to choose the right person.

A good leader must have a future blueprint in mind. A vast country in respect of population like ours has numerous complex problems. The leader should have the courage and high energy level, sincerity, honesty and believing in great destiny for the country.

The leader's giving should be 100% of everything to the country, country first and country last. The leader should live for the nation and die for the nation.

It would be good that leader should have educational qualification criteria to be selected. But we can't ignore the veterans who has by very its facets have seen the dynamicness of contemporary politics.

Rather than this which could be implemented later, the first thing we should have is right to recall. Its subsequent advantage would be that it will let go a well educated leader and a vast experienced leader in a parallel way.

India is democratic country so if we are trying to discuss about serious condition which cannot be finished. Problem is not only to have good leader but also the opposition party will not let good leader work, the people of india's mentality is narrow minded we will not reform, we can only talk can't do anything.

According to me politics in India is only meant for rich people. Politicians giving their positions just like giving their property to their sons. Until and unless educated unselfish people come into politics India will be always called a developing country rather than developed country. I think a good leader comes from a middle class family.

If I start courting the successful leader only few leaders are there in our country ARVIND KEJRIWAL is one the successful leader who broke all the records and built a party in capital of India during his tenure he done a lot he raised so many issues like water supply, agriculture, electricity, and he became a good leader also he tried to eradicate the corruption and somehow he did it. In my point of view we should need good leader for our country/society. Because of some reasons our India still remain developing country. In our country most of people think about their life, happiness and family. They don't care about others. In election time they elect people who gave more money than other.

We have to know who is suitable for leader position. Another point is let say one good person came into politics. After some years he defiantly change and corrupt. Because of our Indian politics are like that. We are the people of india, we have to save our country. It is our duty to elect good leader for our nation.

In my view, India needs good leader in every field. In education, transport, banking sector and etc. I read an article recently where India will become third most powerful nation by 2030. Now question comes why India is under developing country. There is only one reason, good leader. India doesn't have good leader.

Corruption is the virus which making India poor and under developing country. It's time not to fight among us. Lets be united and each of us promise to ourselves to become good leader of a country and make India as superpower.
