Need for Good Leaders in India

We need good leaders in India as there is poverty and no employment in India. We are still able to see a lot of beggars who are waiting for food and money.

If India is a developing country still a lot of issues are there that need to take resolved by the government.

As there is unemployment is there and a lot of graduates searching for jobs.

There is a necessity to take care of the education system.

My opinion is if there is a good leader then there is no people searching for food and a job at outside.

Conclusion: The leader has the courage to raise things and with smartness solve the issues and the main thing change the system.

In India, the necessity for good leaders cannot be overstated. Effective leadership is fundamental for steering the nation towards prosperity and stability. Good leaders have the vision to articulate and pursue long-term goals that benefit all sections of society. They ensure efficient governance, fostering transparency and accountability in decision-making processes.

Moreover, they represent the diverse cultural, social, and economic fabric of India, advocating for inclusive policies that address the needs of every citizen. I feel India needs educated and ethically correct leaders who influence people, the young generation in the correct way not in the wrong way as cast, religion, area, state, and culture. They must educate people towards the country's growth, make digitalization of India treat people equally, give them all facilities, providing basic needs for poor people for this all I feel educated and Young leaders who have the potential to do something for their nation is very necessary.

->Actually, a good leader must and should have to be a good communicator, listener, cultural, social, integrated, well - educated, empathized, and also having the ability to motivate others.

->If the leader have good communication skills and integrity, then he can think about the problems faced by the people and he can raise his voice to solve them with his power.

->With his education and empathy, he will show positive impact on growth of our country.

->And also having the ability for decision making spontaneously with perfection for every problem will reduces the problems faced in India.
