Need for Good Leaders in India

Yes, definitely leaders are necessary to lead others for the well being of their people. A good leader must seek leadership, guidance, council, to ensure they steer the right path for themselves and their followers. Our democratic country India certainly needs leaders who are well educated and have basic ideas that are to be implemented to change the present outgrowing poverty and further development for our future generations.

From my point of view, India is a developing country. First of one question arises in our mind what is a good leader in India?

I think a leader should be educated and he was capacity to judge what is wrong and what is right. A good leader always works in a smart way. If we have a good leader then it developed the country in every sector.

I think India need a leader who understands the problems. Many politicians work when elections are on the head. But if we talk about another developing country they do not work for the sake they do work for there country. And in India, the politicians love their post, they do work also.

India has capability to involve in a list of developed countries that is why India requires good leadership and also good leaders who can mold our economy in fastest growing phase.

According to me, we require an educated leader who takes the right decisions in a difficult situation and know what should do. Every field has some education criteria to enter but only in politics, there are no education criteria. Everyone can enter in politics. I don't understand this logic because our economy is totally based on politics and their decision. If a politician will illiterate how the person can capable to take the right decisions regarding our economy and for the entire nation. So India really needs good leadership and good leaders.

In my point of view, that India has need good leaders. Good leaders means to solve the problems of the people and to meet the problems of the people.

India is a developing country. That India has so many cultures and systems.

In olden days our national leaders fought for India for the cause of independence. So that India must need a good leaders.

Good leaders to India means prime minister not our politician leaders. They work for their parties not for the sake of people.

So, I conclude that India developing country should be lead by the good leaders which will run our future in the better way.

According to me, India needs a good leader for making a developing country. Because various types of culture and environmental society are live in India. So, peoples are making our life is good. So they want to guide become a powerful and developing India.

Yes, India ofcourse needs a good leader because it is a developing country. The leader for India need to be an educated and a smart working leader who could take several measures to develop the with doing an equal justice to all the people of castes, class and of all religion. A leader must take such a careful step towards developing the country that no person is at a loss while the the other people of the same society are at a benefit and he also needs to work to stop corruption in the country and most try to stop the problem of unemployment rate in this country.

From my point of view, India is a developing country and we need a good leader because behind every developed country there is a leader. And a good leader works always for tha country's development and if we have a good leader we can become a developed country in every sector. And we should also need a good leader because leader represents our country in the world. If we talk about india, India must should need a good leader who can do the work for our India. And good leader always do the work in a very smart way. And we can say that we don't need a politician we need a leader who works for our India not for his party.

And our country's leader is our PM. This is our duty choose a good leader, not a good politician. Because India is a democratic country and here we have a right to choose our leader.

So it depends on us to choose a good leader.

Now India is developing day by day but it is not fully developed like the foreign countries such that USA, Japan, China etc. Because it doesn't have a leader which has the great spirit to organise a country as a leader. So, India should need such type of leader who has the following qualities.

First of all a leader should be educated and he has the capacity to judge what is wrong and what is right. Then he should take the oath not to be a corrupted person and to eradicate the corruption from India because corruption is the main cause by which India will go down.

Then to be a good leader, he must to be more familiar with the people and he has to make good relationship with the other.

In my view, India needs a good leader in every field. In education, transport, banking sector and etc. I read an article recently where India will become a third most powerful nation by 2030. Now the question comes why India is in a developing country. There is only one reason, a good leader. India doesn't have a good leadership.

Corruption is the virus which making India poor and underdeveloping country. It's time not to fight among us. Let's be united and each of us promises to ourselves to become a good leader of a country and make India as a superpower.
