Necessity of Women Quota Bill for Women Empowerment

It bill is good for following reason:

1) This will bring equality for both sex.

2) To have the pace with world or to lead them it is necessary.

3) Our population of both the sex is valuable. So utilisation of the same will be beneficiary.

4) This will bring legally equality.

5) There is no area remain where opposite sex can not done better.

6) Technology has increased so does the education and so does the empowerment of women.

So to empower the women and to provide respect in our society.

Myself Puja. According to my point of view Constitution of India assuring its citizens equality among them. So men and women are same. So there is no need of any reservation as reservation shows that they are not same to men. They are strong and need a proper system of security and laws not reservation.

In my opinion women empowerment is not necessary because all are equal in the eyes of law. And another reason is we are degrading them by giving separate quota for them. They have to prove himself.

Now a days they are giving strong competition to the boys. They are growing in all the fields. It is not a way to encourage them.

I think this is good for country according to you it is right that you can seperated by reservation and you feel them that they are not stronger.

But think guys. If there is not reservation quota for women number of poor women's not try atleast for ones time this is reality of village. So due to reservation quota I think they are doo thinking to try herself for ones time.

As per my opinion, women quota bill should be there for women empowerment. Many of here are saying today's situation is changed, men and women are equal, but guys large portion women population is still not educated.

They are just doing cooking and taking care of their children. Still In our society many people consider women as their slaves.

Myself Nandu first of all thanks for sharing your views in my view women empowerment is not necessary because in present day world women are competing mens in almost all the fields. So it is not necessary to empower them in the place of that we have to provide security to women. Better we should invest in that it would be more helpful.

Hmmmmm. So what I think is. Ya many of you people said that we have been equal. And all. I do agree.

We women can compete with you. We are growing everywhere. We dot need reservation. Our parents are sensible. They can satisfy us with our basic needs including education. We thought at this point how we live.

Everyone knows that's not the case with below the poverty line or poor people. So they may take initiative to make their male child educated. But they don't to their daughters.

Though those girl dreams to be something. To stand somewhere. She has the power to compete. But not resources.

So RESERVATION SHOULD BE GIVEN WHERE IT IS NEEDED.

SAME APPLIES TO MINORITY THING IF THEY ARE POOR. GIVE THEM SEATS. IF THEY ARE NOT DONT SPOIL SOMEONES LIFE. DREAMS.

I feel reservation in colleges is different and in elected offices is different. In elective offices I feel reservation is needed to ensure representation of women. But in colleges, I don't think there should be reserved based on gender or even caste. There reservation should be on the basis of facilities available to people to create a level playing field.

According to my opinion considering present situation all are say that Mens & womens are equal. But its a thing only for telling when considering whole India & situation of villages and middle class families gives the importance to boys education not girls and lot of things in which people differ girls and boys so for changing that situation reservation is the right step.

In our society, women empowerment is very necessary, but it cannot be completed by women's quota bill only. Today men and women are equal in every field either in the corporate world or defense or any other. But these girls are courage and educated by their family and society by which they can stand herself. But another hand, In our society, there are many girls, who have not seen even the book are college.

Everyone should treat girls equally, then girls will be educated and empowerment.
