Necessity of Women Quota Bill for Women Empowerment

Realizing the gravity of the situation the answer to the Q whether women reservation should be applied or not? The answer is a big "YES" And the reason are very crystal clear. We want to see India as a superpower we need to first fill the gape of minds that women can not do what a man can.

So along with the reservation the women should be made aware and should be push-up in education, so they can get aware and become strong enough to govern. In reality we know that it takes a long time to fill this deep discriminate gap in this society.

In my opinion reservation for women would only prove that they are weak.

We observe that in every educational institution girls equally compete with the boys and many a time they are better.

Moreover, the reservation some times might do injustice to those men who would actually work better for that position.

What we must concentrate doing is proving education to those in rural areas. If the education to both the genders is equally given, I am sure that there would be equal number of men and women working in the society.

Hai friends this is Bhavani in my opinion reservations are necessary. Reservation plays an important role in bringing the women of the country forward as they play an insignificant role in general affairs.

In my opinion quota should be present for women why? Because undoubtedly women today are able to excel in almost all fields of life. Then whether it be banking sector, science or sports, but these are rare cases. Women has the capability bit still the mindset of the society has not changed much.

Still certain elements in the country are pushing the women backwards. To change this mindset it is important that women be given the reservations so that they can get a platform and chance to actually prove themselves.

Reservation for women is not mean that they are week in all aspects, it will give the support and encouragement for the women who wants to do the best. It is very helpful for rural people.

So, today we are talking about bill for women empowerment. Saying that passing this bill only proves that women in this country are really weaker we cannot neglect this fact that since, the childhood women in our country are not treated same as our men.

Like in most of our middle class families parent's like to send their boy's in a better school then women because they find them as their sticks when they got older. I think dowry system is also a one reason, why people in our country don't want a women to be born on their houses.

Love marriages are seen like a sin in our country, so, in order to prevent this sin parent's don't like to send their daughters for higher studies (this point may look's silly to many participant's but it's true and I myself seen this in my own family).

Karva choth, Monday fast's for getting husband's etc. Are some of the rituals which makes men one step higher than women or you can say women herself makes their husband's more important (intentionally or intentionally (through these rituals) ).

Well, from the above point's it has been proved that women are not weaker by birth but they are made weaker when they went through their life cycle. So, reservation is a right step to give more power to the women so that they can make their coming generation more confident and give their 50% share in the society.

Everyone should have equal rights in everywhere. I don't thing why still many people understand that women are weak than man. Now a days they are being equal to man. For Eg: Sunita Viliams. They should be given equal opportunity in each sector.

In a country where unemployment is such a big issue, yet another implementation of quota in employment field be like closing doors for the youth of general categories specially. I believe, jobs should be completely based on merit.

Women empowerment is something I believe in, but reservation can be made in the field of education, politics, and more.

According to my opinion in this present system girls are equal to boys in all aspects. As India is a Democratic country, and shows equality between boys and girls so I think there is no requirement of special reservations for girls.

According to my point of view there is no necessity for quota bill for women empowerment. In India both girls and boys are equal there is no need of the quota these days. If we want that then there is no women empowerment for sure.

We have to change ourselves and way of thinking this is the only route for the women empowerment and allow them to whatever they want that's what the real empowerment is try to stop this type of discrimination.
