Necessity of Women Quota Bill for Women Empowerment

According to me no need of women reservation. It is wastage of government rule and regulation. Their are two types of women live in India:

1. Rural women who need only education and well respect in society.

2. Urban women who need well education system and safety.

We always say that there is an equality between men and women but today society has changed a lot of things, first thing is that people have to change their mindset so that women can feel safe in this society either in rural area or urban. Then a women can be stabilized their own identity.

There should not be any reservation to solve these kind of problem but the mindset of narrow mind people should have to be changed. There should be a respect of women then women can also prove herself that she has also potential.

But I think women reservation is not useful for urban and rural women I see in many rural area if wife is sarpanch in paper but main work is done through the mood of their husband. She is only for signature. So you give reservation for rural women then it is waste of power through its relative.

I am against any kind of quota for women empowerment. If we have this type of way then good and capable person always lost opportunities. Person should be selected for any post by his/her skills and abilities not by any recommendation.

By this women can not recognize her actual ability to do any work she will not do extra effort in this case. I agree sometimes it beneficial for those who are really need this but in this corrupted country only powerful person got reservations and facilities. It does not reach to needed person.

You can take example of other types of quota itself which are not only for women just for caste basis.

One person do hard study and another have reservation then person always got chance which has reservation so there person's moral goes down. Person always think what need to do effort when he never got chance. Person can do effort if he/she has a little bit chance.

Overall thing is if quota is here then provide to really needed person not all who don't need else remove quota system.

Hi, I think reservation for the girls is not necessary. Because in olden days we saw women are able do their job very sincerely we have example: LAXMI BAI, RAJIYA SULTAN, CHAND BB. But only the problem is that no stood up in their favor.

Only problem is mentality of our society and their thinks. Even in olden days even women are do want to support woman capability, they always go through their patriarch. Its the problem that's why woman not able to prove what is really they have. To upgrade their position in society this RESERVATION SYSTEM is takes place.

But now the scenario is getting now the women are stand-up in their feed and their circumferences getting change. They challenge men in every field because they know what they.

But RESERVATION FOR WOMEN it must required in rural area because after study in rural area people don't want allow their girl child to move metro city's. So at that that time it must require that by RESERVATION SYSTEM they get quality job in their native places.

There are some points above mention are great like one of those women compete men in many fields. I want to add that if go to the root level even in today world some parents don't allow their female child to work far from home because of insecurity, some think they will fall in love and get married, some are like that they totally underestimate a girl to work as an employee. And take this as an reservation for women is like doing pity on them without measure their ability to work.

I think first and foremost task is focus light on the family person like showing how govt is taking crime against women seriously via advertisement, some serials showing showing how a girl can lead to change the environment as women friendly.

One last line I want to add that the insecurity problem is major problem for women empowerment that can be resolved only by when more and more women take a leap step to join the companies without hesitation to change the thinking of male dominant society.

We all are talking about the women reservation bill which is likely to give 33% reservation to women in Lok sabha. In my opinion, there should be reservation for women but first at the education level. No doubt in recent years, we have seen much betterment in women's condition but still we cannot say that we have reached the equality level and whosoever is saying this should go to villages and backward areas and see the condition of women.

And we should remember that originally in the constitution the reservation was mentioned for women. But the various amendments in constitution changed its face.

But I am against at giving reservation in politics. Even if women get the reservation at that level, it would be difficult for an ordinary woman with no political background to reach there. There would be a situation that instead of existing male politicians their wife and daughters will be holding the position.

There will be no change for ordinary women who are really suffering.

According to my point of view I definitely feel that there should be a quota specially for women reservation women has to be encouraged in many situations she is suppressed by the men in most of the field if she is given a chance she can implement the polices regarding women much better than men she can understand the problems of women and she can implement accordingly if we see the present scenario even after the enactment of nirbhaya act the cases on women is still increasing and it has to be stopped immediately if we take the example of IPS officer swathi lakra she has implemented she teams and different apps for safety and security of women as its now that men can't play this role but if it managed by women it would be much better so to give opportunity for women quota bill is necessary for the development of women.

Thank you to me opportunity writes my answer there, In opinion there should be some kind help we have to women either by quota or other ways because they remain within the boundary for a long time.

So, We provide them platform security and assure them that you come forward we all are standing with you. This kind of approach would be very effective bring them break restriction and force that have been bearing from early life. In our society there are lots of discrimination, therefore, we have to remove it. We all know that all half part of our human resource idle in 21 century apart from several schemes. We should have to provide some privileges women so that try to understand what they have right. Education will be a great weapon to make a better life for women this only area where we have to give more attention.

To provide quota is not sufficient for making aware and empowering the women.

No reservation can ever help any section of the society to gain empowerment. Status of backward classes still is the example of this policy. Even after 67 years of adopting the Constitution, they are still backward classes in fact now more politics is played on their account. If you actually want to empower any section, basic ground work os required. The inclusion of and improvement in the mindset of men (particularly) is also needed. Intellectually and emotionally both genders are very similar. Care, love, empathy, nourishing nature, sensitivity, patience, resilience is there in men as well. They are just never required to explore this side of themselves as many women are asked and made to feel obligated to possess such qualities. At the time of birth, boys and girls are completely similar. Giving them similar values is necessary to develop a society where security and equality prevails.

In my point of view there is no need that necessity of woman quota bill for women empowerment.

1). Women is also a human being they take breathe also the boys. And they have also right to do as they want in their life.

2). If they have better education & knowledge so they can do well in their life. So I want to say t hose parents who do not send their girls to school.

3). When they are well educated so they don't have need of reservation because they have understanding to overcome with The problems.

4). Now these time no.of rape case and eve teasing case increase with a very high rate so if we all want to uproot these types of problem so firstly we have to corporate by ourselves to the other people.

At the conclusion I want say that girls don't have need of any kind of reservation indifferent -2 fields. But provide good education to them as well as boys in rural areas also.

In my point of view women empowerment is required in present scenario. Why because many of the women are well educated and they good knowledge comparing to any activity they are doing in society. They no what is good and what is bad. But the com[petition is very high many of the men are getting opportunities in jobs. Of course women also there but the percentage is very low compared to men.

If the government really want to give the reservation for women the opportunity of employment of women may increase that's why the society will develop and the security of women will increase. Many of the husbands are not caring about their wife's. If the job is in the women hand they earn some money and that is useful for their life and family purpose. I accept women empowerment is required. What initiatives government will take for women that gives good result in society.
