Well we are talking about equality of men and women in reality women is far behind men if we go through the data we come to know how lowest representation of women in Indian politic. So by giving reservation or passing bill on women reservation its help a lot to women empowerment.

Hi friends.

Actually don't give reservations based on the caste and gender only reservation is required for need people become they don't have food every day. In present situation women's also working in all fields equal to gents so they don't need reservation.

Hi there!

Women have been facing lots of discrimination. Though we all say that men and women are equal in all terms, yet we unknowingly show discrimination. For Eg: If a girl wants to become a pilot, she is pressurized by many people, including the family members, not to become a pilot, because she has to be a women later, has to marry, has to give birth, and then take care of her family and home. It is clearly seen that women discrimination is still happening. The people are still not agreeing with this thing. For women empowerment, women quota bill is necessary and should be imposed.

In my point of view reservation on bill on women is a wastage of government resource or wasting of time as well. Because in all the fields the women are getting shine in their field rather than men, and nowadays no parents are discriminating their child as a women or men, they are giving equal rights to men and women in their and we are the only people who are differentiating the gender, it's a unfair thing to me. So it would be better to stop differentiating men and women.

Hello friends,

My name is Sourabh.

I think that there is no need for any separate quota bill passed on women empowerment.

Because there a lots of opportunity for women as well as men. Now a days girls are standing in front of men and participating in all the fields and in fact we can see that their participation is going more than past time. And if any quota bill is passed then a discrimination is generated among a men and a women and the opportunity for men is also lose by them.

So, instead of such bill, government must make strict rules for the selection of qualified people, and start awareness camps on women education etc.

In my point of view, there is no quota need to women empowerment. Because nowadays women are standing in all fields unequal to men while we must have to thing both are equal so, why should dominate men for allocating separate quota for women? If you wish to give empowerment, please give to both together.

I think government should not pass any separate bill for women empowerment. By passing bill, it doesn't mean that you are actually empowering women. Women can be only empowered by changing the mindset of people. In rural areas many women do not get education, social justice, position and many more things.

So I think government should create awareness among rural people that men and women both are equally important. For development of nation both are equally important.

According to me, it is not necessary. Because women have already proved that they are capable of doing anything and everything. But there are some areas where women need to be supported for achieving great things.

We know that there are still some villages where women are been treated like slaves. They are not provided with required facilities. So it would be helpful for those women if a bill is passed to support them.

In my opinion, only passing the bill will not be the solution to the nowadays problems. Passing the bill with the best attempt for awareness, so that no there should be no chance any women is unaware of this bills. Making aware about the every important rules and protocols of the constitution with the easy understanding will help them.

Passing the bill will motivate and also improve the morale of some women whoever suffered any situations like discrimination's in jobs, gender, salary, etc.

As women must be treated with respect to men, so its not necessary to pass woman quota bill to women empowerment. All men and woman must be treated equally, and woman already proven that they are good enough to competate with the men.
