I agree with the topic that managerial skills learned in the classroom can never match those from experience but it doesn't mean that skills taught in the classroom are less important.
Classroom learning provides theoretical knowledge about the foundation of management, but experience offers to apply those skills in real-world situations. And that experience allows managers to deal with different complexity and challenges that can not be taught in the classroom system.
By experience, managers learn from mistakes they had made, and they develop decision-making skills from the tough decisions they took, they learn interpersonal skills etc.

I am sure that the classroom knowledge or skills can't match the experience of learning but the main point is classroom knowledge is base for the corporate journey and becoming successful in the real world and applying managerial skills classroom knowledge gives a base to gaining experience in the real-world for making better output from the managerial learning providing learning session from both classroom teachers a real words entrepreneur or who working after the management learning it will help for better learning.

In my opinion, it's incorrect to assume that theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom can't be applied in the field. I believe that theoretical foundations guide a student's thinking in a specific direction, and it's the student's responsibility to build upon that foundation through practical experience.

My opinion on this topic is that even though theoretical knowledge is important for proper knowledge of the job. Field experience is more important as it teaches you how to handle problems and unexpected situations which are not taught to you in a book and by tackling the unexpected problem we learn how to deal with a real-life scenario rather than just knowing what was taught to you in a book.

But as per the current strategy of the class room program, they are just theoretical and less practical. So we can just understand virtually what managerial skill are. We practically understand only when we face the world and have our own experience. So I think its experience which teaches more regarding the real situation.

Hello everyone.
Our today's topic is managerial skills learnt in classroom can never match those from experience.
In my opinion, classroom skills learnt and teaches for the when we will going to the corporate sector for the working we know about the exactly what to do when problems are arises and how to handle that situation but in the classroom skills all are teaches to how to manage that problems.
And also practical knowledge is good too practical experience when we learn the theoretical skills in classroom and we know that how to handle that situations so, I think both are important to learn the managerial experience and skills.
For developing the managerial skills they must have to leadership quality, problem solving, time management it's important and it can be learnt form the classroom skills to how behave in corporate sector etc.

Classroom provides theoretical concepts, definitions which can be mugged up easily and comprehended. However, if he or she considers the managerial skills to be the one that can be learned then he or she may not deal with situations in real life because in a managing field there may be situations that are fresh, new and keeps on changing with time.
However in books there is a limited flexibility of knowledge limited to a particular scenario with no accurate probability that it may occur or not in future and if he/she only focuses on bookish knowledge neglecting real life problems then he she may not work or tackle diverse situations.

Yes I agree with you Ranu. Unless a kid is taught how to walk on the floor, how can he climb the steps. So classroom learning is very essential before one is exposed to the real world situations. Through this, one can get to know a lot about what decisions are to be made at different situations.
It only depends on what way the student takes them.

Managerial skills only learn on experience. What ever we learn in the classroom that is useful to our classroom but not useful in other places. Experience to gain knowledge.

According to me,"experience is the best way to achieve the target because whatever studying in the class rooms those are just for understanding not for in practical way. but experience is the assets for the knowledge.
