In my opinion, those who have experience in managerial skills can be a good manager because they have done it practically on the other hand classroom experience is just theoretical until unless you apply the skills in real life you wouldn't know how to be a good manager.

In my opinion, both are the vital role in becoming a good manager. In the Classroom, we learnt about the theoretical part of how business works and how to make it efficient. And in real life, we get practical exposure to this field. Yeah, I agree we get more exposure and get new skills during our experience which help to growth in our life.

Well i totally agree to this point as Jayabaskar said that when you have to face the world you cant just speak out the stuff you have learnt in the class. There are different conditions in real life. What we learn in the classroom is the reel life but in the real life we need experience to face these challenges. And skill comes with experience.

The managerial skills learned in the classroom are much more different from the skills that are learned from experience. The skills based on the classroom are on a very small level but these can act as a base for skills that we learn from experience. The skills with experience are precisely known because these skills are known by the decisions we make wrong. The impact of these skills on our lives is much more different.

The outer world is full of challenges at different levels and of different types.

Managerial skills learned in classes conducted can give you a sort of support but practicality is something different i.e the situation act as a conflict for manager.

In the present scenario, it is the mentality of a manager how wisely he takes steps to tackle the challenges and how he satisfies everyone. A manager is totally known: When according to stimulus how he implies his skills.

Of course experience speaks for itself. How can one really complete an experiment by just studying about it and not practically implementing and getting involved.

I haven't seen a person achieve zenith in his/her field without handling or rather experiencing a particular situation. Moreover No person can tackle just on the base of studying a particular theory and as such experiencing in real is needed.

Skills are not only learned in class rooms, through out our life we keep getting knowledge and skills even if we don't go to schools. Some of the biggest business people have not studied in classrooms but Remember they have studied by themselves from their surroundings. As all the people does not have this ability we should have classroom skills.

Hello everyone.

As we all know to become a successful leader and manager a person should possess some good and exceptional managerial skills. A managerial skill is something which helps in managing people efficiently and taking work from them effectively.

I think a person can learn good managerial skills through experience rather than sitting in class because in class we are just talking about those kinds of skills like the teacher just providing us with the knowledge of those skills in a theoretical manner but when it comes to experience in any company there we can learn this types of skills practically. Like in a company, we can learn how to motivate, manage and work from them but in the classroom, we can not due to a shortage of resources and expertise.

If we don't have knowledge of theory we can't do practicals. Firstly Managerial skills is necessary. At least little bit knowledge of Managerial skills so that we can convert into experience.

It's very true my friends that "Managerial skills learnt in the classroom can never match those learnt from experience", but never forget that for practical experience we need some theoretical background that can be gain only in classroom.

You can compare to person one who had some background knowledge with him will learn more fast than the one who is deprived of it. So I believe that experience sharpens your knowledge and give shine to it but classroom knowledge is equally important.
