No, the customer is not the king of the market because they are trapped by market tactics to purchase the items. We can take the example of the movie Rocket Singh, that a computer total manufacture cost is Rs. 22000, But they sell to RS 40000.

So they loot the only customer. By showing ads that we give 50%discount on that product is just their market tactics to trap customers. The big company makes huge profit by market tactics and fool the customer.

Hello everyone,

As all of you have written your opinion, here is mine. According to me the consumer is really a king these days because in the modern world the consumer is having so much options to choose from and that is the reason the manufacturers are manufacturing according to the desires and the demands of consumers, cause if they don't, sooner or later they will be losing consumer's preference. So in my opinion consumers are the king in India.

Hello everyone, I also agree that customers are the real king in present scenario, because if a company produce anything they first, survey the market, they recognise the need of customer. The main of marketing is customer satisfaction. Customer has the ability to make and break the market. The company produces their goods according to the customer needs. Customer has the ability to make the company rich, and in this way, customer is also kingmaker.

Yes, the consumer is the king in India because every businessman tries to satisfy the customer and fulfil their need & demand. The whole market depends upon the customer. The market grows by the customer. Every businessman should analyse the customer wants and need of which product, the successful businessman has the experience and they knew about the customer. i.e customer is the king of the market.

So, the Consumer really the King in India.

Yes, that the reason Ramdev get success in build there umpire within few year. Because people want natural product so they get it, on another hand we can see the competition in the advertisement you can see the advertisement of one commodity from hundreds of producers, why? Because consumer is the king in INDIA. Not just in commodity but you can also see In movies, how many producers, directors, actor, actress lure us to watch their movies. Why?

Hello guys.

There are many MNC's and local industries operating in India which provides products according to consumer needs.

Consumer plays an important role in building the image of any product.

Product making is the dynamic process which changes according to consumer needs.

Before starting the business, the businessmen conducts various surveys to know the consumer's taste and preference.

In short, market is nothing without a consumer.

Yes, consumer is king because he full fill his needs by buying products which give a brand to the company that their product is started to sell ad they continue to produce more and more goods they think they are going to get much profit only if the customers are many then only there products value will increase when no one buys the product then it starts becoming loss then there will be no value for the product whose value has come down.

I respect all the above comments and I agree, but what I think is that both producers And consumers are kings and not only in India but worldwide. They both are interconnected because without producers consumers cannot buy any commodity and producers cannot make profit without consumers. Producers produce the things according to the taste and preferences of the consumers. As the time passes the taste and habits of consumer changes.

HELLO FRIENDS,

Yes, the consumer is really the king in India because the whole market and businessman depend only on consumers. If consumers are buying their products they get profit more and more then they produce more and more product as consumer demand but if the consumer does not buy their product then how they get profit and their product value come down.

So, according to my opinion consumer is really the king in the market.

In my view, Consumer is a one eyed king, because as a consumer I normally buy thing which are needed for me on the basis of advertisements. Normally what manufacturers do is,they take you to the advantages only. What my point is we are not looking at by what a product is manufactured, what are the safety measures, future impacts, So it'd be good to take proper transparent testing mechanisms maintained by the government.
