Is the Business of Business only Business?

Hi friends I'm gowthami; I'm happy to share my views about business of business;

Business of business is not only business because the business is running only for profit motive then it will not sustain in this large society and the person who starts the business he should mind the following matters.

In which place we want to start the business.

Its useful to the customers or not and that product has demand or not.

For doing our business we must use the resources of the society. So inturn we must do something for society now a days which the industries are neglecting by using the techniques which harmful to humans, plants and animals. We must consider our staff welfare because they are the pillars to our business, we must concentrate on the quality of our product then only the customer satisfy and get interest to buy it. So business is not for profit motive.

From my point of view yes in our present scenario most of the organisation, business man, every one create a business only for profit motive. Just go 10 to 15 year back in our country for visit the temple or saw the god there will be no charge but look at our present day, what will be happened? So every one create a business including the ego or temple only for profit motive.

I agree to all, and I want to add that business of business should not be the ultimate motive of an organization. But also to note the customer satisfaction, the dealings in quality production, giving good after sales service and the most important one, contributing something for the society, which is otherwise termed as corporate social responsibility.

Business involves dealing with human beings. Business should be carried in such a manner that the profits are maximum keeping in view the interest of customers and society.

Business uses the resources of society, exploits them for earnings, and in turn it should help the society to grow and developed.

Business also includes the auxiliaries to business which plays a major role of development of business. Therefore there is more to business than just business.

Hi friends.

Business of business is not only business but also some what ethics in it. For ex take eatable oil industry whit cares only on business like profit, sales it does not survive. Whenever it takes care on health perspective customer satisfy with it then only business survive. It expands their growth. Business of business is only business then anything will collapse easily.

In my view business of business is not just business. Because every organisation wants to survive in this competitive world. And to survive they need to satisfy their customers.

So, their aim should be first on customers. What are the requirements of customers? what they are expecting from us? how can be the requirements can be fulfilled? these are some attributes that makes a company reputed one.

If a company satisfies their customer then profit will automatically increase. It very important to make customer happy. Because they are their livelihood. A reputed company always takes care of their customers. That takes the organisation to higher level.

In my opinion, business of business is not the business, I may sound bit unorthodox but I will justify it. Business is done by the peoples, for the peoples. A successful firm would be that whose employees are happy, if we are able to satisfy the needs of our staffs then they would be happy and consequently they will work more attentively.

In today's market we can see that a shampoo is of 1 rupee and is of 100 rupees also, why the are doing so, the primary objective is to be in the reach of people and accomplish their needs then only a corporate firm can grow, since the firm will grow, therefore economy status of India would also rise. And Plenty of job opportunities will arise swiftly. Ultimately every firm look for the benefits of the organisation which is a good policy, because only then industries can get success. It's not only the achievements of corporate world but the success of Peoples.

In my opinion the business of business is only business. Other activities like showing ethics or portraying Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are means to maintain goodwill and thereby attracting more customers. Which in turn is nothing but pure business. Tatas or Jindals will spend money on charity but they would make sure that the same get fructified in long run.

I do agree that the products produced should satisfy the customers and also they should be according to customers requirements. The organisers of the business also should be knowing about customers wants so as to get maximum profits.

Also a business need not be only for business but also donate its percentage of profit to charity as many people and organisations do today.

They can also play a vital role in changing situations in society.

Disadvantages:

1. People's purchase good products.
2. People's shows good output.

Finally, Business of Business is Business shows more profit with quality products and customer saves the money in good ways and also Corruption is decreasing Day by Day.
