Yesterday a large number of files occupy a large space but today a large number of files can be transferred to USB which is not more than two inches so you can see how technology improved yesterday if we want to send mail two to three days required because of paperwork but today we can easily send and read mail in few seconds so paperless office is reality.

Hello friends,
I think paperless office is need of the hour. In this modern era, we can make it possible with the help of advanced technologies.
And this will greatly affect our surrounding environment because due to the availability of paperless offices people will restrict himself to have a zero use of paper.
So indirectly this idea can save millions of trees.

Hi, Everyone.
As part of the ongoing discussion, I would like to contribute some points.
I agree with the statement "Paperless office are reality".
As we are moving into the different phase of life the technology is improving at vast ends.
- It has eradicated the traditional paper records.
- Quick and easy access to data which was stored in flocks of sheets.
- Both time and energy of the end user are saved as they do not struggle between paperwork.
Above many advantages, it also has drawbacks which are evitable when proper measures are practiced.
- Hack on data which can leak company confidential information.
- Loss of data when no proper backup is taken.
Thank you.

The paperless office has the direct bearing on environment. If the offices are made paperless, we will be cutting very less trees for this purpose. Trees saved will save the environment and ultimately it will save the human beings in the world in future.

Yes, we definitely need to shift to a paperless world as it is more or less a compensation to save the environment, to save the Earth. Today development has reached a massive scale and in order to save the nature from the hazards of print, we have to make a shift, we have to move to the world which would be free of printed matter. Yes, to a paperless world!
As much as 100 hectares of forest land is cut can daily to meet the demands of newspaper agencies. If this rate of deforestation continues, by the next half of the century about 30, 000 species of plant will be extinct.

Hello! everyone,
I agree with a paperless office is possible. Though it saves more trees, It will give rise to more technologies. If technologies are grown then more hardware should be made to make the paperless office in all over the world. Then it will cause one problem E-waste. It will not be destroyed. So we have to use papers in office but we can reduce it usage to save the number of trees.

Yes, I'm in favour of this topic and we must have to shift in a world which is paperless to save our earth because if there is no paper then the cutting down of trees will be less as compare to now and pollution will less.
We must be a shift to digital world by which work become easy.
We can store many things in pen drive which is easy for transferring and to copy.
We can save the time which is very precious.
So, I think the world must have to become paperless and go to a digital world where work becomes very easy and eco-friendly.
Thanks.

According to my view, the paperless office is possible only if we get technology when in we can write on air and erase it out. But, if this happens then there would be a very bright future. Not only technologically, but also there will be a reduction in cutting trees and even reduce in global warming.
