Hello, everyone.

In this discussion, I agree with all the participants who think that paperless office is not possible but I have doubt in my mind that.

Would we remain in the same thinking where technology in day by day is going to be increased?

Would we will not use the mobile phone, computer, email, social media in our office.

Clearing out this idea.

I have a suggestion that.

1) Paper less office will save money of the organisation. As one paper is costing around 4 rupees.

2) If something is being wrong, we are tearing it thus losing money.

3) We will be more eco-friendly as the paper is coming from the tree, wastage of paper means wastage of trees.

4) We will save more data, will easily access data when required.

5) We will make our citizen more participants in our work.

6) wWe will understand them easily.

7) We will support digital literacy.

Though it will also cause some trouble. Like,

1) Security of data.

But enhancing our security like authorised user can do so.

2) By saving data in more than one place.

But having these matters solve we can make our office paperless.

In my view, paper work is very important in our day to day life. We cannot imagine our life without paper. Even a school KG students requires the paper. Paper work is good for our eyes and health than the computer works and it create many physical problems.

As per my views on this topics are, Yes there should be paper less offices in the every part of country. Because we live in the progressive world in terms of Technology, Culture, life style, etc. These all categories are going to improve day by day, so why we will concerned the prevalent outdated method in life using of paper instead of the latest technologies, these technologies become part of every individual one which gives us not only enhancement some of extent in your life but also make each and everyone feel easy in very aspect of life.

The Advantage of paperless offices are following:

1. First one it will be one time expenditure.

2. Digitized world become more reliable for each and every one to access the information at any time from any where.

3. Less paper work will be increased the more and reliable work.

4. The loss and damage of the data will be less.

5. The cost of the paper will be overcome. Which will be helpful to stop the cutting of the trees and will also be useful to make environment friendly and pollution free for us.

6. Digitization world make you free to access your data any time with reliability.

7. The work will be more progressive in terms of time, cost and manpower etc.

8. The paper work also reduce the space in the offices.

Hello, guys, my name is Indrajit.

I think the paperless office would be true. Because it is low time consumption. Very easy. Economically and also ecology gives us benefit. Also not have a responsibility to store and save big files. But I there is too many government officers who are serving in the rural area.

Who doesn't have known too much knowledge of computer?

And secondly, India has not had too much secure connection. If this two problem can solve then definitely paperless office will be work.

No, paperless office is not possible. Although almost work has been digitalised but still we need paper for some work, everywhere and for every work digitalised work is not possible. There are many works which has to be done on paper only for eg when we purchase something online bill is generated online and when they parcel the product they send us bill of that product and for some products like electronic devices if they have warranty or guarantee then they send guarantee and warranty cards as well. Secondly, if someone is having newspaper, magazines or books publishing business then they can't replace it with computer screen. Third Ex, is although now online exams are started but for solving questions we need paper to compute the answer from options given to us. So, somewhere it is necessary to use paper. So, paperless office, in reality, is not possible.

Yesterday a large number of files occupy a large space but today a large number of files can be transferred to USB which is not more than two inches so you can see how technology improved yesterday if we want to send mail two to three days required because of paperwork but today we can easily send and read mail in few seconds so paperless office is reality.

India has lastest youth population in the world who are having knowledge of online world except the few one. Paperless India is an amazing era when there is no need of keeping bundles of files and heap of papers with ourself although with a just click of a button we can able to grab the information easily and conveniently.

In offices, the work will become easy and effective also saves time. Through gadgets, the work burden of officials will reduce and make their life easy.

Delhi government is preparing to go for paperless offices in all departments. If it will come to reality it will surely benefit the country.

Well. I don't think paperless office can be a reality because there are still so many countries that are not developed especially those in Africa. In Africa there are so many computer illiterates some have not even seen computer in their life and am very sure that their government will prefer solving other problems like hunger, terrorism, etc to technological problems.

3-Its a good step towards digital India.
4- Easy to analysis digital data than paper work.
5-Aquire less space.

Only one thing we need to do that we have to enhance our security level so that only authorised people can access.

Well paperless work is more efficient as suppose an office caught by a fire, then if company is working on paper, then all the main data will vanish and company just completely ruined but if paperless work is going in office i.e. via computer. Then its hard copy will be saved. And if at somehow hard disk just crashed then all the companies have distributed database so company can fetch all the lost data from the main server i.e. headquarters so paperless office is reality and if company has strong data integrity then even hackers can't do anything.
