Is India ready for Electric Vehicles?

In my point of view, Electric Vehicle in daily use is a very important one to reduce (Co2) effect on our environment we use of e-vehicles helps to reduce costs basis also, due to the present increase in fuel prices.

According to my perspective, Yes, India is now definitely ready to implement Electric Vehicles all over the world.

Everything has its pros and cons, as in today's era our surrounding is very polluted. So, EVs can help us to make a little bit of change to make the atmosphere pollutant and we are ready to accept this situation. Now our country has made the high capacity batteries which are to be used in that of EV's so the capacity of the vehicle is increased and they are more efficient also.

But the cons are there are no more charging stations available to use in the rural areas. So we need to consider this point also.

Yes, India is ready to be free from pollution and towards modern technology. Most of the central government buildings have electrical charging ports. They give initiatives to other publics in society. They are not posting more advertisements on television than they do in their performance. More rural people are likely to get e-vehicles. Most of businessman are ready to give loans to start-up businesses based on their e-vehicles with good problem-solving skills.

I would like to put my thoughts here by stating that we are not 100% ready to go all-electric. Various reasons are that people really enjoy driving petrol and diesel engines because it is affordable and also much easier to maintain. If India has to go all-electric there should be more awareness of how E vehicles could be a value add to the environment as well. Now let us talk about the pricing of electric vehicles they are priced much higher than a normal petrol/ diesel engine. The cost of the battery is 40 to 50% of the vehicle cost which makes it even more expensive to maintain it.

We should work on infrastructure, Supply chain on how to manufacture and sell it at affordable prices, ease of use, and convenience of battery charging plants last. we are in the beginning of an era of EVs but this will take much longer than we can ever imagine.

We are here to discuss Is India ready for EVs or not? So, in my point of view, India is not ready for EVs currently but will be in the very future as Our country is growing in solar power systems very fast. And it will come with many job opportunities for the young generation.

Conventional energy sources are running out day by day and polluting the atmosphere as well. It's time to find a path for innovation in future that supports nature. Thank you.

I think that India will ready for the EV sector or EV bikes. India has a larger population of youth who are curious about the EV market and bikes.

EVs also save power and it also saves money. Initially, it was costly because of the batteries it get more expensive market than petrol bikes. If the big companies give them some discounts on it the people will love the product and buy more and more and one thing that plays an important role in electricity and our village has electricity but they can't afford the cost it gets the effect of low level but India is ready for the EV in the tyre 1, 2, 3 cites.

I would like to add to the point that he said that the basic needs of rural areas should be fulfilled first, before adopting new-age technologies like EVs which according to me should not be the case. The government should surely invest a huge chunk of money in the lower sector of society but at the same time, we also have to invest in the growth of India so that we don't fall behind others. As we know there is a prediction that fossil fuels will be over by 2050 and we have to be ready with alternatives before the calamities hit us.

In my view, I would like to say that Electric vehicles are one of the good ways to replace combustion engines because it’s been called green energy with zero emissions. But it’s not the Complete solution as most electric power is generated using fossil fuels like coal petroleum products and nuclear Energy. They are also dangerous to this environment. So, we should target more about the ways of generation of energy.

No, Electric cars are not yet practically possible because as many people prefer petrol and diesel cars. After all, we can simply refuel and travel for long-distance journeys without any major breaks and all, but coming to electric cars firstly there is no charging stations established and electric cars are not suitable for long rides.

And there are many fire accident cases due to the climatic conditions.

Ofcourse, India is ready for electrical vehicles. They may be costly but the main advantage is that there will be no pollution as compared to vehicles that runs on fuel. Due to pollution we have health problems, climate change problems etc. Most important thing is to save this earth from this dangerous effect of pollution, for that we need to introduce electrical vehicles.
