Hello friends,

My points through this concept has both merit and demerits.

Merits:

1. The growth and technology of this impact is widespread.
2. It has a shift processing system.
3. Technology based concept will coinsidence with abroad companies.
4. It will reduce time work and too much of labours.
5. Economy growth will be higher in village areas.
6. Error happening in the field will be less.
7. It helps to think more and we can gain more knowledge.
8. It reduces work tension and other mental issues.
9. It reduces traveling.

Demerits:

1. Due to increases of machine man power is getting too low.
2. Now we are depending on machine in future people will be lazy.
3. Also their is very less amount of getting job in technology.

Hello friends,

Myself bhargav.

I think industries have started to adopt new technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, industrial automation, 3d printing, autonomous vehicles. I think employees need to adapt to the new technologies coming in the market to perform their role in a better way. They provide a way to work more efficiently by saving time, money, resources.

Example: A mechanical engineer with knowledge of mechanical, electronic, electrical, computer science combined can work more effectively in interdisciplinary projects. Like a mechatronics engineer (better handling of automated manufacturing machines, heat exchangers, more accurate results).

Even for a managerial role predicting of customer choice using data analytics and using it to improve the sales, predicting the machine failure time or any other future events. In logistics decreasing the production time or product delivery time using the AI robots (work of warehouse workers) makes a huge profit for the organization.

In case of repetitive jobs like workers on a production line (automated welding machines, assembling machines), delivery jobs (Amazon, Wal-Mart warehouses), traffic monitoring on roads (signalling systems, supervising cameras, online fines based on car number) etc.

I think there will be replacement of humans in case of repetitive jobs as well as some non-repetitive jobs even the MIT predicts that these technologies are being adopted not only in manufacturing, clerical and retail work but in professions such as law, financial services, medicine, education but at the same time more innovative jobs will be created which can be taken by many people who can undergo some degree of computer automation or any training related to that.

Conclusion:

Technology development is inevitable and technology can be a boon to the people if they can adapt and update themselves with the latest tools.

As per my views, Technology is the necessity of innovation. Many people blaming technology for reducing manpower and laziness. But this is human nature always criticism any innovation or revaluation.

We can see technology as a revaluation. Day by day enhance machine requirement because people education and living standard increased. Every company, or sector facing labour crises. So that technology is a requirement for this era.

Hello friends,

Myself Suriyabalaji,

'Necessity is the mother of invention'.

But in today's world technology is necessary for innovation new things to satisfy human needs. Technology is the most important key factor in our day to day life because it helps us to improve our life and make things better in various fields such as business, education, defence, health-care, communication etc.

Technology has booted our standard of living by creating more opportunities like a faster mode of transport, communication etc. Now one can find everything on the internet.

However, it also affects people all over the world both positively and negatively. Advances in technology have brought us online banking, smart TVs, smartphones, computers etc but at the same time, they also brought us hacking and a lot of bad things. Manufacturer workers will be finished off by this technological development because automation reduces the need of manpower and also workers are reallocated from their companies, finally which leads to unemployment and it is impossible to say how many jobs are going to be finished off in future by automation.

Conclusion: I agree that technology has taken us to achieve many things. It depends on how we use the technology. It is designed to Make our lives easier but never be replaced by real human beings.

Thank you, friends.

Hello friends.

I'm Suresh Gajeli.

So the topic is quite interesting. Impact of technology on jobs.

Yes. It does affect the percentage of employment in recent times and will downgrade the human valuable efforts. Everyone is aware of technology and it's booming development and innovations all over the globe. Advanced technology does help the industries and other manufacturing companies to raise their profit percentage with no human efforts. Likewise this technology is also the reason of unemployment in this developing era. The automation is downgrading the need of human efforts and the number of job openings too. Yes! Technology is needed to improve the life time of products and to reach it to each and every citizen. But it also affecting the human efforts who was craving to get the job since long period. I think the government should try to focus on this and should give the maximum availability of jobs to those who are looking for it. Technology does help the people but it is also affecting the families. I think the part of innovation should be such that its output will bring the more number of jobs in the market.

Thank you.

Helo friends.

I am going to discuss about "impact of technology on jobs".

Technology intervention is inevitable in any sphere. It does raise the bar of productivity, efficiency and safety to a level which is not achievable by humans. Adoption of technology, global reach and faster communication has overhauled manufacturing, servicing, product delivery and also employment associated with these sectors. But, this is not the first time the world has experienced significant shifts in employment due to new technology. History states that technology has been a creator of jobs and has augmented new avenues. The course this time will be the same or not is a debatable issue. The prominent technologies that are likely to bring disruption are:

A) Artificial Intelligence.
B) Autonomous and near-autonomous vehicles.
C) 3D printing.
D) Industrial Automation.
E) Next-generation genomics.
F) Advanced materials.

Arguments supporting that technological advancement will lead to Job loss.

Industries across the globe are adopting new technologies for higher efficiency and performance, lower manufacturing. Machines can reduce risk and increase effectiveness. This could lead to the elimination of a vast number of semi or unskilled jobs, who make a substantial portion of the workforce in manufacturing and agriculture sector.

Automation isn't just for blue-collar workers anymore. Computers are now taking over tasks performed by professional workers, raising fears of massive unemployment.

Researchers at MIT foresee dismal prospects for many types of jobs as these powerful new technologies are increasingly adopted not only in manufacturing, clerical, and retail work but in professions such as law, financial services, education, and medicine.

Arguments that Jobs will not be lost due to technological advancements.

According to research firm Gartner, more jobs will be created than lost by automation. The firm stated that though 1.8 million jobs will be eliminated by 2020, 2.3 million new jobs will be created by then.

It is widely suggested that workers will have greater employment opportunities if their occupation undergoes some degree of computer automation. As long as they can learn to use the new tools, automation will be their friend. For example; when ATMs automated the tasks of bank tellers and when barcode scanners automated the work of cashiers: Rather than contributing to unemployment, the number of workers in these occupations grew.

With the advent of new technologies industry, experts see the need for skilled workers increasing in the short run and persisting for at least another decade. The experts call for training programs with a new curriculum and certifications to standardize emerging job classifications.

Thanks.

Automation means that where machine handles their task by itself, some automated machines are ATM, humanoid robot etc;

There are some automated technologies are:

1. Artificial intelligence, where the computer thinks like human such as perception, reasoning, thinking, common sense, natural language etc.

2. Autonomous and non-autonomous vehicles, Vehicle is derived without any human.

3. 3D printing: It is a process of manufacturing three-dimensional solid object from digital files.

I am supporting the argument that if automation of technology produces more jobs as they reduce. According to research, If automated technique will eliminate 1. 8 billion jobs in 2020 so it will produce 2. 3 billion new jobs.

There are so many engineering colleges in our country and most of the engineers or skilled people are either unemployed or working in the non-technical firm because of lack of opportunities in their field. This automated technology will provide opportunities for the youth of India.

After the invention of the ATM machine, all person's whether they are skilled or unskilled are using properly make their life easy and flexible otherwise for performing any banking activities they face lots of trouble such as waiting in the queue, waiting for time etc.

Merits:

1. Through technology, we can easily increase productivity and also another relevant field that are associated with the economic zone.

Demerits:

1. Some delay in employment until we shift to another platform as under working human that will create a human working job.

The technology is more important nowadays in our life. Nowadays without technology, we can't work in a field for a long time and its needed to live for us. Technology is mainly reducing manpower and time and finish the work on time without any problems on it. Every seconds the technology has a growing high level to prevent and its only means of FASTER. The technology do that the man does not do. With the help of technology, we can do anything we need.

THANK YOU.
