I think new jobs are being created in new sectors like artificial intelligence, cyber security, and data science.

And the employees can work from anywhere remotely using the technology.

Productivity and efficiency also increased.

As technology evolves repetitive tasks can be done by machines.

I want to add one more point Technology changes the nature of jobs but it does not completely cause unemployment. Therefore there is no need to cause panic rather prepare for the future by constantly updating and learning.

The ability of a computer system or a machine to behave intelligently with some human traits is known as artificial intelligence.

Driverless cars, interpretation of human speech, high-level gaming strategies, and deciding complex data etc, are all possible because of adding artificial intelligence to machines.

AI is increasing by leaps and bounds. New inventions using AI are making our lives simpler. For example, the use of voice assistants, Alexa, Siri is increasing.

Dear friends, as we know that AI can be used for security purposes of confidential information. Features like face recognition are used, which require AI in a computer.

AI can be used in daily life, like Google maps, voice assistance and online shopping, and it works like a brain. It tries to copy how the human brain works.

At last, in my opinion, emerging technologies are welcomed with open arms. It is a blessing in disguise, but we should also be careful about the misuse and be vigilant about it.

I think the impact of technology on jobs may be a boon or bane according to the usage of the technology; some of them get jobs by technology,y and some may lose their jobs by the technology. So the technology has a greater impact on the job.

In my point of view, AI reduces human efforts and saves time.

This is the positive impact, but every coin has two sides; that is it increases unemployment. In today's world, getting a job it's a very difficult task.

Increasing technology is the correct way to industrial growth, but it is harmful to someone's job. Those who are not that much skillful to adapt to that change, then they will lose their job.

In my opinion, Technology is changing the way we work. Some routine and repetitive tasks might go. But at the same time, there are many new opportunities in field like ai, data science, and digital marketing. So it's really important for us to keep learning new skills and adapt so that we can make the most of what technology offers.

Those who embrace these changes and upgrade themselves will have better career growth. On the other hand,resisting change can make it difficult to stay relevant in today's fast-paced world.

As we all know, everything has two sides, both positive and negative. AI is replacing human efforts and saving time to perform the task, which is good from the industry perspective because it increases productivity and saves costs, but it is not good from the jobs perspective. Routine work and repetitive task jobs can be lost, but instead of focusing on the job loss, we should focus on upskilling ourselves so that we can get a job in this market.
