Today I want to share my opinion with you people on the topic given as "Impact of Technology on Jobs".
Well, We all know that we are living a life full of colorful and useful technologies, leading us to live this "Digital" life.
Now, a coin has it's two sides and as usual, Technology is no exception to this.
The good sides may be shown as,
1. Technology helps us to reduce the work-stress both to the client and the service provider, doing things in a well programmed automatic way is far easier than doing it manually.
2. Usage of Technology on Jobs increases the Job opportunity, I want to demonstrate this by giving an example, Suppose, One-day Government decides to digitalize all the Banks, i.e. everything should be done by self-service of the user. Then, given this condition, there must be a large number of such digital bank installation throughout the country, if there is even one attendant per bank, the total required number of attendants should be larger than that prevailing now. Hence, usage of technology in a job can be seen as an increased job opportunity.
3. Simple and easy to use guidance steps for a first time user.
But, everything comes up with some cons,
1. Technology leads us to follow binary concepts, ie. Either the work will be done or not. A mere change in the network connection will ensure to make everything go in vain, though proper guidelines and making people more technology favourable.
2. Making everything so much tech-oriented won't help the common people, they may find difficulty using these.
Though, by comparing the pros and cons I personally can say that the pros easily overcome the cons. So, I want to conclude my speech by saying that there is a positive effect of using technology in jobs.
Thank You.

In my point of view, the impact of technology on the job is good or bad both.
Good impact:
1. The workload is reduced.
2. In minimum time work is done.
3. It supports education also.
4. The growth of economics.
5. It makes our life is easier.
Bad impact:
1. Increase in unemployment.
2. Only educated people are getting a job.
3. Technology is easier to work in minimum time for this lots of people are not get jobs.

Technology is a boon not a curse. It can be proved only by us. If the technology is introduced in an area it decreases the burden of the work and saves time and increases efficiency.
There may be some people who are not educated will only depend on their labour but there is also some alternatives for them that how to learn to operate a particular machine. As the world is in an advanced mode, we are ready to face the competition of a single job over lakh of people by expressing our special talent so that we are also in an advanced mode.
Thank you.

Technology changing the human work load making it easy to do by using it reducing the time and multiple tasks are being done simultaneously and results are accurate and fast nowadays. Nowadays new technology are coming so human are becoming more adavanced than before. So competition is very high due to this and skills are required to overcome this competition so apart from good education practical knowledge is must.
Technology is taking place in very place making it easy to do work efficiently.

I want to say in the favour of technology that yes the implementation of new technology lead to increase in the no of jobs in various feilds offcour's it is good but it also lead to decrease in the no of jobs which is economically not good for people because some poor people are not able to feed their family needs and it cause economic depression so, I want to say that their are two faces of impact of techonology on jobs first is good and second is bad.

Good morning Friends.
Technology is one of the most criteria for a country to be a developed. With the changing scenario it is better to adopt technology rather depending on physical work by humans. With the advancement of technology work can be done very easily. But when we talk of impact of technology on jobs we feel that with the installation of machines a huge amount of workers will be unemployed. With the new generation it is much essential for those workers to learn the new technology system. For them special training should be arranged so that they can manage themselves with the new technology and can save their job. High production can be achieved. Less time is required to do a work with the technology.

Hello, Friends.
According to me, technology really helps us to get a job if we have a proper knowledge of it, but if we don't know about it, it may affects our job.
But if once we involve in technological field we automatically get interest in it and we decide our future. If we study technology, it is nothing but just an application of principles of science.
If we have proper information regarding technology even in one field it helps us to achieve the job wherever we want, so technology may not effect that much to our job, although it makes our job easy and error less, and it all at last depend on us.

Hello Everyone.
If technology impacts a job like labour work will reduce and because of that, they can't feed their family.
But as per my point of view, now they learn more about how they deal with their work previously and now what they have to do for the same job so as they learn and also became part of that new technology.

The technology has now become the trending source all over the country for where all the unknown information regarding any fields are found and put into knowledge. But in the wrong hands, it is a disadvantage and can cause issues in the job. The workers now are very liable on the technology and at times the one without the knowledge of technology is not being valued in the work field.

Technology is just the implementation of our practical knowledge and skills to create something that helps in increasing the efficiency of the work being performed.
According to me, technology hasn't taken away the job opportunities but did just the opposite that is created them in a large amount.
The main motive of implementation of Technology is to gain quality and quantity simultaneously.
It can be clearly seen that with introduction to a new technology opens a new field generating new job opportunities i.e.(creating, controlling, repairing, maintaining and many more). Let's for an instance talk about the communication technology today, we can clearly see that it has brought the world closer thus simplifying our lives but at the same time has created numerous job opportunities for the people in fields like (signal processing, electronics, computer industry, telecommunications, instrumentation etc. ). Similarly is the case with other technologies which have acted like a boon in creating job opportunities. The only thing that needs to be done is keeping yourself updated and moving hand in hand with modern world and we will see technology as a friend but not as a rival.
