Impact of Technology on Jobs

I would like to say that every coin has two side one is positive and another is negative. So technology has some advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is the it reduces the man power and time taken to finish a job.

The technology increased the efficiency of a organization drastically. And reduce the direct cost of production and so many other examples of this.

And the disadvantages is the the senior people are can not able to do a job on software so he resigned his job. And increasing in technology the people become lazier and doing a job sitting at one place which is not good for heath of a person.

In my opinion, technology has a very positive impact on jobs. In earlier times people have very few modes of communication and fewer ways to spread news like newspaper and magazines. People have to be updated by the opportunities of jobs by themselves. They were not notified every time. With the help of technology, now people are informed not one time but several times for many job opportunities. So the chance of missing the job opportunity has decreased. Also, people can check the carrier options by going to the company website, can search what type of work they do, what kind of skills they want, what is working environment they provide and even they can ask previous employs about their experience in that company. So, getting a quality job has increased. Not only It benefited employment seekers but also the recruiters. Recruiters can now conduct online tests and can even take interviews online through video conferencing which saves time in the recruiting process and can be done any time.

I think there is a positive as well as negative impact of technology on jobs:.

As because of enhancement in the technology there is a reduction of manpower and there are many machines which are automatic and we don't need a person standing there to give the product or to provide the service.

Like in the case of the vending machine we are able to get the product with the help of machine only this is the enhancement in the technology but the jobs are suffered from this.

I think due to raising of new technologies, all are getting laziness. Manual power is reduced, everything must be an automated. Thinking capacity become low, due to variety of search engine available today on the internet. One single topic is explained by more authors, then we get an clarity about that topic.

I think Technology is increasing day by day and it will never stop, it will just on increasing. Jobs are proportional to Technology, the more the technology more the jobs. People lifestyle is becoming easier day by day. Works are done faster and accurately by using advanced Technology. But as we know every coin has two sides, Technology makes people lazy and dull. For example, before people use to go outside the house for exercise but now we can see that the people do their exercise in the machine, they don't get the fresh air like before, this is the reason that people health issue is being increased. May be for some the developed technology is useful but uneducated people employement has been decreasing. Getting not a good education is not their mistake, it depends on their financial conditions.

You say that the increasing technology means the world is growing or our country is growing. I agree with you. If a person does not provide employment or does not work, then they want to develop themselves wanting technology. I do not say it but people should get a man to work. There is no technology going on here Where you or your country.

Everyone is talking about robot work in industries in the future but no one is thinking about the manufacturing and constellation of robot more industries will open after AI.

Well, I must say that technology impact the job because with the advancement of the technology people become lazier. They do their work by sitting at one place. With the advancement of the technology the unemployment is also increasing. Sometime the people especially the senior people are not able to use the technology and the result is they have to resigned their jobs. No doubt the technology has some positive benefits like it will help to reduce burden. It will save our time and efforts also. But it have some negative effects also nd we can't denied that. Technology is a boon not a curse. Technology is the evolution of the country. Nowadays technology changes everything that sitting in home we are accessing many tasks such as bank account issues, booking tickets in online etc. Automation technology has made it dam easy to each and every individual that sitting in the office we can operate our home appliances like switching on the rice cooker, air conditioner etc. In my view increasing technology means increasing in the machinery. This reduces the burden of man. Nowadays artificial intelligence came into existence that the data can be stored very easily. This impacts mainly on job because previously this work is done by the people but technology is increased now every thing is accessible by machines. I don't think that jobs are not existing NO there exists but due to this growing technology the people don't have a proper awareness on the technologies and this is the main problem which are facing by each and every individual. So in my view impact of technology on jobs is true for some extent.
