Hai everyone.
In my point of view, without technology, there is no information available for us. Even if you want to search for a job vacancy we use the technology, so that based on the usage of yourself technology are advantage and disadvantage. Youths are not addicted to technology. Addict to information.
Thank you.

Hello friends.
As we know that we are living in a 21st century and it is modern era or we can say the era of technology. As we know also that in population we have got a 2nd position in the world so a number of youth in our country is one,-forth of the total population and they are hungry of technology. As insects are attracted by the lights same as youth are also attached by technology.
And technology saves time. And technology has reduced the burden over the people. On increasing technology many opportunities are also increased it has also some merits and demerits as;
MERITS:
1. Reduction in Cost of labour.
2. Time-consuming.
3. Error happening in the industry is less.
4. Economy growth.
DEMERITS:
1. Due to the increase in automatic machines unemployment is increasing.
2. Dependency on machines is blindly following by organization.
3. Less chances of getting jobs in any organisation.

Hi everyone, Technology has made some of the so lazy, that even they can't walk a few steps forward for wanted things. People should give some stress to their body and save time like helping to family, old people etc.

Hello everyone.
I'm Rishi.
Today's topic is quite interesting i.e. the impact of technology on jobs. So, according to me, it is true that presence of technology reduced the job opportunities like artificial intelligence also comes into play where the computers can think like human, autonomous vehicles, automatic industries, 3d printing etc. These innovation made humans work easier and more precise as a result people prefer more machines rather than a human because we want our work to be done with more feasibility and more easily with less time. According to the research if today 1. 8 million jobs get reduced because of technology then there will be 2.3 billion jobs in 2020.
Coming of technology only made the good standard of living as our demanding are also increasing and to fullfil our need we prefer machines and helped us get in achieving our requirements but it never is replaced by a human.

The technology is more important nowadays in our life. Nowadays without technology, we can't work in a field for a long time and its needed to live for us. Technology is mainly reducing manpower and time and finish the work on time without any problems on it. Every seconds the technology has a growing high level to prevent and its only means of FASTER. The technology do that the man does not do. With the help of technology, we can do anything we need.
THANK YOU.
THANK YOU.

Merits:
1. Through technology, we can easily increase productivity and also another relevant field that are associated with the economic zone.
Demerits:
1. Some delay in employment until we shift to another platform as under working human that will create a human working job.

Automation means that where machine handles their task by itself, some automated machines are ATM, humanoid robot etc;
There are some automated technologies are:
1. Artificial intelligence, where the computer thinks like human such as perception, reasoning, thinking, common sense, natural language etc.
2. Autonomous and non-autonomous vehicles, Vehicle is derived without any human.
3. 3D printing: It is a process of manufacturing three-dimensional solid object from digital files.
I am supporting the argument that if automation of technology produces more jobs as they reduce. According to research, If automated technique will eliminate 1. 8 billion jobs in 2020 so it will produce 2. 3 billion new jobs.
There are so many engineering colleges in our country and most of the engineers or skilled people are either unemployed or working in the non-technical firm because of lack of opportunities in their field. This automated technology will provide opportunities for the youth of India.
After the invention of the ATM machine, all person's whether they are skilled or unskilled are using properly make their life easy and flexible otherwise for performing any banking activities they face lots of trouble such as waiting in the queue, waiting for time etc.

Helo friends.
I am going to discuss about "impact of technology on jobs".
Technology intervention is inevitable in any sphere. It does raise the bar of productivity, efficiency and safety to a level which is not achievable by humans. Adoption of technology, global reach and faster communication has overhauled manufacturing, servicing, product delivery and also employment associated with these sectors. But, this is not the first time the world has experienced significant shifts in employment due to new technology. History states that technology has been a creator of jobs and has augmented new avenues. The course this time will be the same or not is a debatable issue. The prominent technologies that are likely to bring disruption are:
A) Artificial Intelligence.
B) Autonomous and near-autonomous vehicles.
C) 3D printing.
D) Industrial Automation.
E) Next-generation genomics.
F) Advanced materials.
Arguments supporting that technological advancement will lead to Job loss.
Industries across the globe are adopting new technologies for higher efficiency and performance, lower manufacturing. Machines can reduce risk and increase effectiveness. This could lead to the elimination of a vast number of semi or unskilled jobs, who make a substantial portion of the workforce in manufacturing and agriculture sector.
Automation isn't just for blue-collar workers anymore. Computers are now taking over tasks performed by professional workers, raising fears of massive unemployment.
Researchers at MIT foresee dismal prospects for many types of jobs as these powerful new technologies are increasingly adopted not only in manufacturing, clerical, and retail work but in professions such as law, financial services, education, and medicine.
Arguments that Jobs will not be lost due to technological advancements.
According to research firm Gartner, more jobs will be created than lost by automation. The firm stated that though 1.8 million jobs will be eliminated by 2020, 2.3 million new jobs will be created by then.
It is widely suggested that workers will have greater employment opportunities if their occupation undergoes some degree of computer automation. As long as they can learn to use the new tools, automation will be their friend. For example; when ATMs automated the tasks of bank tellers and when barcode scanners automated the work of cashiers: Rather than contributing to unemployment, the number of workers in these occupations grew.
With the advent of new technologies industry, experts see the need for skilled workers increasing in the short run and persisting for at least another decade. The experts call for training programs with a new curriculum and certifications to standardize emerging job classifications.
Thanks.

Hello friends.
I'm Suresh Gajeli.
So the topic is quite interesting. Impact of technology on jobs.
Yes. It does affect the percentage of employment in recent times and will downgrade the human valuable efforts. Everyone is aware of technology and it's booming development and innovations all over the globe. Advanced technology does help the industries and other manufacturing companies to raise their profit percentage with no human efforts. Likewise this technology is also the reason of unemployment in this developing era. The automation is downgrading the need of human efforts and the number of job openings too. Yes! Technology is needed to improve the life time of products and to reach it to each and every citizen. But it also affecting the human efforts who was craving to get the job since long period. I think the government should try to focus on this and should give the maximum availability of jobs to those who are looking for it. Technology does help the people but it is also affecting the families. I think the part of innovation should be such that its output will bring the more number of jobs in the market.
Thank you.
