Technology generally makes the work easier no matter how tough it is. It may lead to an increase of unemployment because today everything is replaced by machines. In doing repetitive tasks it reduces our work. It can be implemented even in danger places which a human can't involve in doing such tasks. To the unskilled employees, it is a curse. It is replacing unskilled employees with skilled employees. Even the unskilled can learn new skills and they can become skilled and thus everyone becomes literate and then the impact of technology will be too good.

Technology is a primary concern for job-seekers and who want to get a higher position in the company. Who has the desire to get job they must know anyone of technology in present days. Our company works with different technologies and domains so, we need at least basic knowledge on trending technologies.

Well, it has its positives and negatives. The positive is, it makes the country more prosperous. In today's day and age the more technologically superior a country is, the more prosperous the country would be. The negative is it is creating unemployment like never before. No doubt technology is also creating jobs but there is no guarantee that such jobs would remain forever. With further advancement in technology jobs like in call centers may also become obsolete in future. So anyone, whether illiterate, semi literate, or literate and educated can be affected by technology. Technology can also cause health problems for example working too much time on computer causes eye problems. Government should address this problem without having to compromise with technological development.

It is obvious that in this era of technology, without technology even the birth of a child cannot happen, so if we talk about technology at the job than it will directly impact on it.

Technology will work and man will be sitting at their home because technology brings high productivity and that's why any organisation's objective i.e. of making a profit will be satisfied.

But what I suggest that technology should be there, but growth of technology should be minimal. Means if one technology can arrive in one year than let it be happen that it postponed to 2 year. So, that manpower can get some time to think about it, and can change themselves accordingly.

Good Evening friends,

I think the faster-growing technology is creating a huge impact in our daily life and also in our work life. By automation of new things, time can easily be saved and the processing also becoming fast than the old technology. If someone thinks that it is creating the problem of unemployment of the people, but if we see that latest technology is also creating new job positions and availability among the youths and also if we can train properly to the old workers then they can also be employable to a huge extent. So, for this Government should take active steps towards this process in the upcoming future.

Good Evening Friends,

According to me, Obviously, job recruitment is depending upon the technological growth. It will be changing based on the developmental growth of technology. Day by day technology is developed and new things are generated from the people. So, job recruitment is also based on new technology. And also job demand also increasing based on new technology. So the impact of technology is very high in job opportunities.

With the growing demand, it is the need of the hour to introduce new technologies. When technology develops the very first thought which comes to our mind is how it will affect our life in terms of health and wealth. It is always seen, when discussed a technology we focus more of job loss. But is it really true? Let me cite some of the examples, with the introduction of wired and wireless communication although left many postman unemployed we forget the number of call centres which came up giving employment to many youngsters.

With the introduction of Ola and Uber, many auto rickshaw drivers were unemployed but the same technology gave employment to the same drivers at higher pay increasing their living standard.

A technology come in the market and remain in the market only when it is advantageous to the people. Definitely, technology has taken jobs from a few sectors but the same technology has provided job to more number of people in other sectors.

When we talk about the concept of driverless cars which will potentially create unemployment for the drivers we should also think about its success on road. Driverless cars on Indian road or in any other developing country won't be popular because of high fare. In developed countries, its impact on employment and unemployment is almost the same. So with the impact of technology, its success should also be taken care.

At last, again need of the hour is to introduce new technologies to grow business and generate employment, its not the technology creating unemployment, its the unawareness to use technology to its best. Technology do take jobs from a few sectors but the same technology provided job to more number of people in other sectors.

I think technology killing no of job opportunities. Especially, because of automation and AI. For example, if Tesla car come to a road with low cost, then lakhs of ola uber taxi drivers might use their job in future. Youth can go with technology. But what about 40+ years old peoples. Technology not only reducing job opportunities it also making people lazy. Nowadays, phones are becoming smarter and smarter but not youngsters.
