The technology is growing day by day & it's a basic requirement for the country being developed, because of that human efforts are reduced and the accuracy of work is increased.
Hence the job opportunities for literate people in the technical field is increasing, he or she can go for machine designing and as an operator of highly skilled machines.
But if we think about illiterate people, they are surely facing unemployment. It's a very difficult situation for those persons who have not to own field & no other sources of earning something.
So, keeping this critical situation of illiterate people in mind we should take a technical seminar in those filed and do familiar those persons about the benefits of emerging technology & effect of that on the nation.

In my point of view, Technology growth is increased so that opportunity is reduced and it will impact on jobs.
Mainly here technically strong person is needed to achieve their requirements in the given time.
Some time human makes any mistake it will impact on their products so the result of getting a bad product. If we go for specialized machine and software we will get the output by knowing the virtual diagrams in a computer screen so if any mistake we can correct and fix it without going for an actual product this is helpful so due this automation and this features they are not ready to take more peoples.

Technology is although making life comforting but it has the negative side also. People lose their jobs because they are replaced by machines. That is the reason for decreasing economy and unemployment. I can say that rich people are comforted with technology but poor labours are worsely affected by tech.

As per my point of view, Development of technology is very useful because it reduces the working of time. Humans are lost their jobs because of using more powerful technologies are available in the market like robotics. Technologies are dominating human's physical work and getting them LAZY.

Technology, nowadays, can be seen in every field. It is dynamic. It serves as a competitive advantage for companies. Technology brings efficiency thus reducing cost and price and increasing quality. Due to this, some companies are investing more in technology and reducing headcounts. So, Technology has led to fall in employment in certain sectors such as an automobile. But there are certain other sectors where technology couldn't replace human beings like the service sector, sales, etc. Also, to operate the technology, human beings are required. So, technology complement human beings. Also, a country like India is labour intensive. So, more and more jobs are being created for people.

1. Technology is a good thing but only until it has a human to look after it.
2. Robots, automation, etc. Reduces jobs as it requires no human labour.
3. CNC machines are good examples of technology as they are to be operated on the spot by the operator (human).
4. In this way, humans have jobs as well as the work is accurate.
5. Technology is great but only under human supervision.

Thanks for giving me an opportunity to participate on today's topic "impact of technology on jobs".
According to me, the fastest growing technology will help to develop our country but also it reduces manpower.
We can save time to do our work with the help of technology.

Hello friends!
Technology provides us with a way to do the same thing smartly with less hard work. Now, we have highly advanced machines, robots etc. That can do our tasks easily in a short span of time.
So such side of technology reflects a view that it has reduced the need for labour. So we can say reduced the jobs for workers.
But there is another side of technology which reflects a totally different aspect. Technology has developed scopes like photography, automation, software development etc. It has developed varieties. Now we want a huge collection of choices. These emerging scopes have also brought more jobs.
But most of these jobs are related to technical and literate people. Now the question arises what about illiterate people. Technology has reduced their job options.
As technology is necessary for smooth and comfortable life so one solution is that we should provide proper training to those people who don't have any idea to use the new machines so that they can also earn their livelihood by adopting new technologies.

Accordong to me, Technology increases productivity but most of the work we do requires a skills and brains nas brawn, technical exeprtise. In general evolving with technology doesnt make the otger ones unnecessary. In fact it makes them more important to economic value.
I will give you one exp like ATMs could do certain cash handling task faster than tellers but that didn't make tellers unemployable it increased the importance of their problem solbing skills and their realtionship with people.
Automation creates wealth by allowing us to do more work in less time.
But on the other end obviously there is some risk of unemployment for those who are working on repetitive task like transportation and cashier because that work can do easily and smartly by robots. For those who ade working with critical thinking they will on safe job.
