In my point of view, everything has there pros and cons.
So increasing the technology it makes very thing great and easy to work, in many sectors like both public sector and private sector even in shopkeeper also using the technology there also do the work in little time, for traders also the technology is useful for there import and export goods, it is also used in easier to transaction.
But there have some disadvantages to the increase in technology there is a lack of jobs, and everyone becomes lazy to do there on work.

As we know that everything has two sides.
1. Positive and 2. Negative.
Nowadays technology makes our work so fast and with good efficiency with good quality but it takes place of humans but we are the people who make that technology or handle that technology if we can upgrade that technology so we can also generate jobs.
In short, my opinion is if we people work with new and new technology we can generate new jobs (Ex. After establishing internet technology we generate huge scope of jobs in many IT AND CE etc sectors).

Development in technology not only improve the already existed system but it also has few specific and beneficial effects on the economy increment in technology leads to provide new scopes, new jobs.
IT companies nowadays are the considered as a mass hiring company which also gives better package offers both for freshers and as well as for experienced ones. The eligibility criteria for these technology firms are very broad in the range they not only limit their hiring up to those who belong to the computer background.

Hi, I would like to state my point of view on the impact of technology on jobs. Nowadays technology is growing tremendously and providing us quality and quantity services with full efficiency and also less labour and manual work is required because of advancement in technology. It only requires a literate and skilled people to manage whole work and product to sell in the market. This also has an evil effect on the illerate people which create less employment because of more machice work than the manual labour work.

I think new jobs are being created in new sectors like artificial intelligence, cyber security, and data science.
And the employees can work from anywhere remotely using the technology.
Productivity and efficiency also increased.
As technology evolves repetitive tasks can be done by machines.
I want to add one more point Technology changes the nature of jobs but it does not completely cause unemployment. Therefore there is no need to cause panic rather prepare for the future by constantly updating and learning.

We get the opportunity to discuss the impact of technology on jobs so I'm going to start with an example. We all know that we are suffering for the pandemic situation by the government rule there is almost work done by an online platform and we applying for all jobs online so I think that technology is very useful nowadays for financial and education both its make our work too easy. There is so many platforms for applying for online jobs like Naukari. Com, LinkedIn we can easily apply job application.

Technology makes man's life very easy, comfortable. It has many advantages as well as disadvantage. Because nowadays everyone depends on the computer, mobile phone etc. Due to the help of technology, we can do our work within time. It reduces our time and energy. But every coin has two sides it also has many disadvantages like our youth waste there most precious time on social media etc. It increases unemployment.

Our topic is 'impact of technology on job' according to my opinion in each every company has R&D Department are there so that by help of research and development to put knowledge on creativity and innovation to increasing productivity and quality of product. And also by using computerised numerical control machine (CNC) to reduce manpower of the company. And not required skill worker for that. And also by using automatic machines the unemployment are increase.
