I'm Vikas Jadhav from BITM ballari.

I would like to say something on this topic.

In my opinion, there are plenty of jobs available, but the reason why unemployment is still transpiring means we are not getting the adequate practical knowledge during our academic, and our syllabus is not up to date, and we are not getting appropriate skills what the industry is expecting from us.

Today's technology is so advanced with artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things etc.

Many of us are not getting a job! Why are they not getting it? Because Who understands the present technology those only getting an appointment presently.

Hello guys, Technology advancement is severely affecting jobs all over the world. It seems very nice as we advance in technology we have everything control by machine, works gets easier, and so many other benefits. What about those who lost their jobs the jobs which are previously manually operated are now performed by machines and those men are losing their jobs because of it.

I am not denying the benefits of the technology advancement but there should be a balance between both of them.

Technology increases the machine software to easily people do work. Technologies new coming in the market to display the benefit to work. The new technologies coming in the banking sector the paperwork reduces writing by pen was reduced the computer helpful to banking.

Technology makes human civilization easier. Nowadays we can access technology in a number of fields, like agriculture, industry, power sector, artificial intelligence, etc. Through technology, we can get output quickly, easily and also accurately.

But sometimes technology adversely affects job creation, especially in Under developing countries where population density is very high and a lion share of people are not aware of advanced technology. As a result, they did not get benefited from this technology moreover they lost their job by the effect of technology. Some people claim that due to the effect of advanced technology job creation in the organized sector is gradually negative in the past few decades. But today without technology we cannot steps forward to overcome the vast problems.

So, to overcome this we need a skill development on technological advancement and proper understanding between technology and human labor.

This is the Technology Era, where we using technology starting from the day to end of the Night. Each and every activity we are doing through technology. It's not the only effect on our personal life but also affects the job sector.

We using technology in educational sectors, Banking sectors, Hospitality, Corporate, etc. Without Technology each and every sector is paralyzed.

There also some advantages and disadvantages.

*Getting accurate information.
* Fewer errors.
*Helps in making strategic planning and decisions.
*Meeting through video conference.
*Online marketing.
*Increase the efficiency and productivity of a business.
*Less physical work.
*Learn a new skill.

Disadvantages:

Technology becomes a giant for employees.

*Replace to the human.
*Less use of human creativity.
*Create unemployment problems.
*Generate cybercrime (through misuse of technology).

Conclusion:.

We must make a balance between humans and technology. We Are not only giving importance to technology but also to humans.

I'm Santosh so as if we talk about the "impact of technology on jobs " then in my point of view, we are living in 21 century And this century called the "technology era" because of in nowadays everybody using technology like most of all smartphones.

In this era, if we talk about Indian education standards then it is decreasing day by day due to some application websites etc. Many students spend time on technology to play video games and watching movies and web series. And this is a reason behind our decrease in education.

Positive impact:

As we know each and every topic has some pros and cons.

Technology makes life hacks easy and saves energy, time.

Because of technology we can do more work.

Today the whole world is in the wheel of technology. The impact is much larger than we ever expected. We are living in 21st-century era and this era is known as the "technology era". With just twinkling of our eyes the big official letters and important documents are send which was much difficult in earlier days. Tech. Is solving each and every problem of our daily life and each and every sector is using. With just one click an amount of money can be transferred from one account to another and vice versa. Much improvement in literacy rate and employment. There is havoc creation of jobs after technology covers the globe.

According to me, Technology have a very good impact on jobs. It helps the employee to do their work with the great efficiency and effactively in adject time. When we use the technology to do any work it helps us to complete the work with the accuracy. As we also know that technology bring the oppurtunity which helps our country in generating employement. So, the technology is very excillent impact on jobs.

According to me, Today the whole world is in the wheel of technology. Today's era known as " Technology era". with the blinking of our eyes the important Documents are send(Mail, Whatsapp etc)which is much more difficult than without Technology in earlier days. Technology Solves each and every problem in different Sectors. but Technology cannot work properly without the manpower.

Fact & Figures :
* Over 3.8 billion peoples use the internet today.which is 40% of the world population. In India 627 million internet users.
*More than 570 websites are Created every minute.
*More than 8 billion devices are connected to the internet by 2021.

Advantages :

* No of employment increased for those people who have enough skill in technology.
* Reduction in cost of labor.
* Time Consuming and Accuracy at work.
* Less Physical work.

Disadvantages:
*Due to increasing in use of Automatic machines Unemployment is increasing for low skilled labors
*Dependency over machines Increases.
* Fewer changes to getting jobs in an Organization.

Conclusion: Technology is useful and important for humans nowadays, Technology can work many humans But we cannot replace humans properly. Because Technology is Operated by humans.

At first, let us discuss the merits.

In this updated technology the people who have the knowledge of teaching but don't have jobs they can able to teach through online classes like YouTube, etc. The people who want to do a part-time job can able to get a job without visiting any merchant with the help of ola, uber, Zomato, etc. Some of the educational apps they are useful to the people who want to crack the UPSC and some other government jobs.

The demerits are with the updated technology most of the people are ordering products through some apps so people who are selling in shops can't able to run there business. Humans have invented robotics they have reduced the work of humans so some of the people losing their jobs.
