In this fields Technology creating and invent new opportunity with the help of Internet of thing. Technology reduces the human effort it making life easy and create a job in all sectors. Today I can not imagine anything without technology. But also it has disadvantage and bad effects.

Technology has changed every aspect of our lives from the way we live to the way we work.

It started from the industrial revolution and it is changing it till now. But the difference now is that it is disrupting traditional industry also.

We have seen how e-commerce has changed how we shop. In this case, it has had both positive as a well negative impact on the industry. Same it has done for other industries. Health care, food, automobile etc.

Technology has changed the landscape of every industry out there. It has also reduced the requirements of the workforce by automation but also created many new jobs.

Moreover, it has created more jobs then it has reduced and made the world a better place.

Therefore I will conclude that technology is having a positive impact in relation to jobs.

Talking about impact of technology on jobs I would like to the example of a salesperson who used to visit door to door at every home/office just to do prospecting but Now with the help of technology all of this can be done just with the help of our mobile phones we can search for the lead data online and filter out the interested clients.

This is Sundar. I would like to say some points related to that impact of technology on jobs. First of all, the technology came it becomes smarter and human errors to be minimised. At the same time, technology update day by day and our people also adopt those paths. In this situation who introduced those technologies as a valuable person and got a high salary but at the other end the people who use those technologies to get less salary. This is the problem we are faced.

Merit-:

Impact of technology is good for those who are belongs to Literacy criteria, due to fast technology we can save more time as compare to ancient times. When we are awaiting a long time in the line to pay the money of electric bill. Save time we can use for another purpose, by these techniques we can develop our country growth. By the help of technology, any where in the world we can transfer money from one to another, we can talk by the help of cell phone so, overall we conserve time and simply we know management of time is directly attach to the development of our country.

Demerit:

Impact of technology have Very bad impact on jobs, due to these technology day by day unemployment level increases, people are jobless. Some family of lower class are die due to poverty. We know that lower class people belongs to rural areas but they are doing job to save their family but due to technology they are die and we say it is the development of our country. Development is not only for fixed place, it is for overall areas.

In 21century, the great invention is a technology and it's God gift of 21 century because technology use any type of work it is used to decrease human effort & saving time.

As we know that everything has two sides.

1. Positive and 2. Negative.

Nowadays technology makes our work so fast and with good efficiency with good quality but it takes place of humans but we are the people who make that technology or handle that technology if we can upgrade that technology so we can also generate jobs.

In short, my opinion is if we people work with new and new technology we can generate new jobs (Ex. After establishing internet technology we generate huge scope of jobs in many IT AND CE etc sectors).

I Agree with the fact that the increase in technology is directly impacting on jobs. Technology is increasing to make our lives easy but on the other hand, due to this people are not getting employment. Using technology is good but not up to that limit where it is affecting our jobs as well as making people lazy.

In my perspective, technology is growing faster. It becomes easy to find the jobs from our home. With the help of technology company becomes bigger and employment is increased day by day.

In my opinion, The technology is upgrading day by day but because of that the employment, daily wedges of people are decreasing and it is directly affecting the daily routine of a common person. Also the Artificial Intelligence is taking place of factory workers increasing the efficiency of the work and also reducing the cost of product and the time taken to manufacture it.

The technology should be developed but up to a certain mark where it will do not take place of human beings for working, also because of it the human is becoming lazy too.
